This slicer is really great! I wish I had this thing a long time ago. The blades slide in very easily and out again for easy cleaning. It features a straight blade and a serrated blade for crisscross cutting for those of us who love crisscross cut fries. Having the safety handle with spikes in it helps a lot because it holds the food in place for quick cutting. And there's a knob on the side to adjust the thickness of your cut. No more guessing.
