It says like 45 minutes to assemble and I personally took 4 hours.Some parts came damaged but i have anxiety and wont return it so i made do, and also left some parts out. The roof is a disgusting texture, and it crumbles when you touch it. It took me so long to out together that i elected to stop where i was at, and just used zip ties instead of installing the latches lol (so if u see that in the picture, thats on me not them!)But also the directions had no words just pictures and labeled parts. It was pretty easy to keep up with though! And a lot of the parts i didnt use werent necessary to functionality.I am housing my hedgehog and not a rabbit, and my main concern is keeping him inside, and so far no issues! Hes an escape artist, so i am really happy with that part at least!

Directions for this product are a joke. And I know a joke when I see one, I look in the mirror every day. The directions do say you will need 2 people at times for assembly, and that's the only thing that's an accurate statement. Listed 45mins to put together, took me several hours and more questions than answers arose from instructions. If you can put together a puzzle with half the picture missing, then you will be able to assemble this. It just takes longer. The rabbit has chewed through parts of the wood on the cage faster than I built the thing for it is very thin wood. It serves its purpose for the present but will not last forever.

I received this product in fairly reasonable time. I was using for my 2 guinea pigs. When I opened this product. I noticed the following:The roof material is made of shingle material and it easily falls off all over the placeThe wood is very thing and splintersThe drawers, are not plastic and made of wood. Which isn't easy to clean.The directions were semi easy to follow although the top and bottom to not line up flush as the directions show, there are also no words.There are no pre drilled holes on some pieces and if you screw too hard the wood will split. It just overall isn't sturdy enough, or made of a good enough quality to house two guineas or any other animal for that matter. I was very disappointed, because the pictures are what made me buy this product, I should have read the reviews.

Product was broken when arrived, bottoms of drawers were the same consistency as the cardboard bottoms of dresser drawer and warp when they get wet. There were no screw holes in the wood and the wood was extremely fragile and snapped in multiple spot. The wheels couldn’t even go on the bottom due to the location they could not screw in. Over all horrible

Was a big pain to put together and wood is very dry and cheap and holes were not pre drilled so while assembling wood was cracking. Parts of wood as pictured already had some decent cracks in it, the ramp will not stay attatched no matter what I do. The gaps on all doors made putting the locks in difficult cuz there not very long. The feeder thing fell of within minutes of my bunny using it. My bunny was chewing through some parts of the wood. Instructions in some parts were very unclear. Just a horrible experience and my bunny only used it for 3 days.

The instructions on this thing were as clear as mud. It took me and my teen daughter 5 hours to put this thing together. It works well for our Guinea pigs, but it is pretty cheap and flimsy wood. The pieces they pre assembled and sent me were put together wrong, it was a hot mess.

Overall, it is ok. However, it is not very sturdy. When our mini lop jumps down from the top to bottom, the bottom tray broke loose and my husband had to improvise and screw more supports in. It is a little tricky to clean. It does look good in pictures, but overall a little “cheap”.

The 2 pull out trays for the bottom were NOT plastic as described. They are thin pressboard.
