Industrial Rewind Green Glass Soap Dispenser with Copper Metal Pump - Green 16oz Glass Bottle Lotion Bottle

I've had this just over a month now. I'm still using it, but it's a source of disappointment for me- and a bit of shower time forearm exercise. I'm using it for shampoo, so maybe its partially my fault. The glass container itself is fine, but the pump is a problem. First, when they packaged it, it came very well protected, which is great. However, they stuck some of the tape securing the wrapping to the opening of the spout, causing a sticky, goopy residue I am still trying to fully remove. Also, instead of being a bright shiny copper, it has a bit of dark patina to it, making it looked aged. I was hoping for bright and shindig at least to start. This patina has been there since I opened it. Third, but most important for me, the amount per pump is very limited, maybe about the size of a pencil end eraser, and the pump doesn't pop back up fully when pumped quickly and consecutively, making subsequent amounts even less. This may be fine for hand soap, where a single pump amount may be sufficient, but I am using it for shampoo. It takes at least 8 pumps for me to get a decent sized amount to shampoo with, and that with me pulling up on the pump each time to get a full dispense each pump. I know it says it is a soap dispenser, but most people would consider a bottle that holds 16 ounces to be also designed for liquids that come in larger bottles- like most shampoos, conditioners, etc. Also I do not use some extraordinarily thick shampoo. It is a brand you can buy at even the local grocery store. Obviously YMMV, but I write only to share my experience as a caveat to others who may be considering this for liquids which require a bit more product than "a little dab will do ya." :)

I love these bottles! The color is deep and vibrant, and the bottle is larger than it appears in the the photo. I particularly like the longer length of the pump dispenser that dispenses product in the palm of your hand, rather than splashing or dripping back on the bottle forming a cruddy mess over time. I bought two: one for the kitchen and one for the bathroom. I've received a number of compliments and inquiries about where to purchase.

The pump tube on the item I received was too short, ending approximately 1-1/2 inches before the bottom of the container and rendering the pump useless. I had to top the container up with more soap when this happened, and that worked well until I topped up what was left with a different brand of liquid soap and the two did not play well together, and separated into a gross mix of lumps and liquid.Moreover, the pump I received was not copper finish; it had more of a brushed stainless or brushed nickel look. I was willing to overlook that initially, until I realized how defective the pump was.Two stars because the glass looks nice, and one could band-aid the pump functionality by buying flexible tubing to place at the too-short end. That might make it work. But I will not be buying products from this manufacturer again.

Loved this product on arrival; however, within 6 mos the beautiful green has flaked off almost completely. Used for dish soap but need to find a replacement.

Love this liquid soap dispenser. It looks very nice on my granite counter top in the kitchen. Much better than the ugly plastic liquid soap bottle. It works very well and I am very pleased with the purchase. I would recommend this product and these sellers.

Wish the copper were brighter, more rose-gold-like. That said, it works just fine.
