I bought this bag to run to office where I can take shower and keep my shoes Pros: 1-It has perfect fit (i carry shirt trouser underwear and sock) it doesnt go up down during run Straps stabilize very well 2- good build quality. 3- 7 compartments is pretty good 4- dries up quicky (imagine the sweat) and dont really smell after no wash for a monthy with 5 days run Cons: 1- unfortunately front straps makes rash on my neck due to plastic material. Thankfully there is a solution. I use wrist sweat bands( soft towel material) on both straps where my neck touches and issue resolved 2- if you are belly breather lower strap may/may not have limiting feel as it is going right on low ribcage for 1.75 height. 3- top handle is touching back of my head and can be annoying if you have sensory overload. 4- back material can be a bit higher quality as it may trigger more sweating due to plastic nature Overall very happy with product. Makes my daily runs joyfull for friction of the high end brands

Bought it to travel with the kids, and was super happy with the purchase. Inside volume is large, with many pockets and compartments, everything fits. The backpack itself is very light, comfortable to carry. The material is durable, easy to clean if needed.
