Great for chopping
I mainly use this for chopping vegetables (lettuce, peppers, onions, radishes). It's sharp enough to cut chicken (raw or frozen). This knife gets a lot of use in my kitchen. Highly recommended.

Don't let it soak in water!
This tool is exactly what I was looking for to chop lettuce and chicken for salad while I have one arm in a sling for 6 weeks. It is nice and sharp and very easy to use. Just right for what I needed. But...I made the mistake of leaving it in the sink overnight with the soaking dinner dishes and found the edges all rusted in the morning. After a lot of scrubbing I put it right back to work. I had purchased a straight bladed chopper and scraper but all it was good ifor was scraping the food from the cutting board, it wasn't as sharp as this item.
