My staff loves this machine it slices perfect.

Slicer came well packaged and there were no damaged or missing parts. It pretty much arrived already assembled other than installing the rotating blade mechanism, long rod with ball on the end that is used to retract the holding plate that is spring loaded to keep light pressure on the fruit or vegetables placed in the hopper and move it toward the blade as they are sliced, and lastly the power cord. Simple and safe to operate with the rotating blade fully covered. Worked so well I filled up my 10 tray dehydrator in 10 minutes max. I cut bananas, kiwi, apples, pineapple, oranges, and grapefruits from paper thin to 1/4. I don't write a lot of reviews but was so impressed with this slicers ability to quickly very the thickness of the product being sliced and how well it worked I wanted to share my experience. No more irregular thicknesses when cutting with a knife, wasted product, or hours of slicing to fill the dehydrator. 5 stars for sure.

It's a nice but expensive product. We tried cutting onions and it was fast and precise.

It’s a heavy appliance but the stainless steel construction is quite conveniente. I love the Portuguese green soup and the gadget cuts the collard greens very thin. The freshly cut collard greens is essential for a nice green soup. I am very satisfied with the product. Some improvement is needed on the locking system of the blade axle.

This product is amazing, as a Hoagie Sub Shop owner, we need to find something that was convenient and efficient, and we found that with the Newhai Upgraded Slicer. All our vegetables are sliced fresher daily, and this slicer allows for a quick mass production of slice vegetables. Not only does it save time, it eliminates waste, this is a must have for any Sub Shop.

Arrived well packed. Instruction pages ripped so I taped. The rocker arm must be held down while filling. I haven’t used yet but as retired machinist, I think the pusher bar with the teeth on bottom causes unsmooth, sometimes locking operation. Teeth were to lock in place but no “dog” mechanism? I may make a mechanism slide on outside to do this. Also no “exploded” parts replacement list.

I love using this slicer. It is sharp. Make potato chips easily. Product was slightly damaged when arriving. Was able to bend feet and supporting rail back in place. Had no effect on performance only aesthetics. Highly recommend.
