Its OK with within limits.
Its OK, its is adjustable (twisting) and extra resistance with the spring, however it is lightweight so don;t expect to hang to much on it as it stand on its own. The bar does not bend, but the resistance to hold up is limited. I added a socket (cups) screwed to the wall and expanded the bar into the two sockets and its now perfect. Slim, lightweight, removable. But needs extra parts for best capability.

I opened the box to find this flimsy deal. It is about the circumference of two #2 pencils combined. I had to look back into the box to make sure there was not more to it. It is not worthy of its cost. It does not support much weight if any at all before it collapses. In all honesty, I gonna assume that they figure if they can just get people to get this thing to the house, then they more than likely will not return it because the return shipping will at least be half of the price of it. I am more than likely going to return it, regardless, just for the principal that it should not be for sale for more than 2 or 3 bucks. I am not being facetious.

Does what it should
Nothing substantial about this item. It's a very thin curtain rod and it does what it should; set it and forget it.

These rods did the job nicely, I used them to mount heavy curtains in an attic gables where road noise from the gable windows disturbs the peace and my sleep. There is no place to mount hardware in the gables and these fit perfectly.
