Greatly reduces pain in my wrist while doing dips
I focus a lot of my attention onto exercises, dips and chins. Lucky me...because ironically...a long time I have had pain in my right wrist. And I have just thrown up my hands and excepted it. So every time I do dips I dread the pain that I will feel. Not only that, I worry about whether I'm causing permanent damage that I'll regret years form now. These gloves, however have changed everything. The Velcro wrap that goes around my wrist forms a rigid protective cylinder which insulates my wrist from stress that typically occurs when doing my 25 to 30 consecutive steps. As well, an extra bonus is that there's extra padding around the palms, so that it dampens the pressure of the bars as I do my reps. Along with addressing these main issues, these workout gloves also have an unusual design that allows more precise mobility of the fingers which helps when I am advancing my favorite workout tunes on my iPhone. As well, the bare back design not only sets these gloves apart from all the workout gloves you see people using at my gym, they also serve to ventilate your hands and keep them less sweaty.

Highly recommended - exceeded my expectations!
I received these gloves last week and so far they have exceeded my expectations. Like most shoppers I pay close attention to reviews and was a little concerned about the sizing. I measured my hand and was in between a size small and a medium. As recommended by seller and others I opted for the larger size and the gloves fit perfectly. The construction is excellent and they have held up very well during my past few WODs. The design is great and you can tell a lot of attention to detail took place when designing these gloves because the stitching and materials are all top quality. I have received a few compliments from fellow athletes at my box and I have recommended them to buy these gloves. The customer service is also on point. If you are like me and want to push yourself through those extra reps and push yourself during your workouts, these are the right gloves for you!

Cross Training Gloves Review
I've never been one to wear gloves in the gym but after showing a lifting friend how torn up my palms get he recommended these gloves. While avoiding callouses is a nice feature, what really interested me is the support they add to grip and distributing weight to the forearms instead of your hands, allowing you to lift more.First test with the gloves was on Back Day. I start off with a set of weighted pull-ups. Usually around the 10th rep my grip starts to fail and I need to adjust mid rep to not fall off the bar. That didn't happen with the gloves. So far so good. I was able to add a few reps in total over 6 sets.Next exercise was Deadlift. This is the one that messes up my hands the most but these gloves protected them. On this exercise I also begin to lose grip on the last rep but the gloves worked perfect. Another thing I noticed is my forearms were way more sore than usual after finishing. I take this to mean that the claim of distributing the weight from hands to forearm is true. I didn't attempt to do more reps to see if it helped in that department, but the forearm soreness makes me think the gloves worked. One note, for sizing I was in between small and medium and thinking of going with small but I read some reviews that said to order a size up so I ordered medium. They fit well so I recommend you do the same.

so far so good for lifting
I go though gloves very quick due to hitting the weighs 4 times a week. I don't always wear gloves and was looking for something I can take off quickly and put it back on. This style is new to me and so far I am loving it. I am actually using it for deadlifts and back days since it's very thick. Besure to measure using their chart to get proper size (one of the picture has the chart). I ordered medium, was a bit tight around the fingers, but it took me few days to break in to it. And it's fine now. Will update the review in few months.

Great for saving your hands from blisters
I wear these things every day in the gym, have had them for more than a year and still no tears. They provide great grip and just enough give to do complex movements like muscle ups when you need to adjust your grip slightly in motion without letting go. Decent wrist support haven't gotten hurt with them but feel like it could be better

Great choice for sure...
I recently received these gloves and so far so good. I am very happy with their construction. They are well built and the materials are great. Their design allows for breathability of the palms when working out which prevents sweat from accumulating during lifting. They provide great support when doing pullups, kettlebell swings, and deadlifts. All in all I rate these a 5/5 without hesitation. I highly recommend them for anyone doing Crossfit, Olympic Weightlifting, or Gymnastics. I look forward to continue using these gloves and to purchase other products from AMRAP Gear.

These are great gloves and the grip is excellent
I do not use them with chalk because it is not necessary. Follow the sizing guide and you should have no problem with fit. These are clearly designed and made with premium materials and careful stitching. Their design is ventilated and these puppies are heavy duty. I highly recommend these to anyone interested in lifting serious weights.

Run small
These wore out really fast. Bought a different pair after a week of using these. Also, they run small.
