Easy Quick Installation
Instructions were detailed and very clear. Installation was easy. Nook works like a dream now.

Got the battery a few weeks ago and it has my nook working like new. The battery life is great, it’s like when I first got my tablet years ago. Installing the battery was fairly easy, I only had a problem with getting a few of the screws out. It was definitely worth buying a new battery instead of buying a new tablet.

Customer service a little slow but they are willing to make the purchase work
Email replies were slower than I liked/ course that could be me getting antsy for a Nook book read. The battery fit my device perfectly. Had some issues getting it charged but my son figured it out and the battery keeps a good charge now.The seller offered to replace the battery or refund the purchase. But it seemed to be human error and not the battery

Worst experience ever!! Very POOR product. Hate it.
Battery is terrible!! it does NOT work! First time charge was directly from wall outlet & only charged about three fourths of a charge. That was over several hours duration. After that it would only work if plugged in all the time while using. Now it will not take a charge or even come on.Extremely disappointed.Rosemary Pavlocak

Came with needed tool to open the Nook. Opening the Nook was the hardest part. Battery replacement itself was easy.
