James Bond: The Daniel Craig 5-Film Collection (DVD)

It's unfortunately rare to find movies that actually raise ones intelligence rather than lower it and this series does just that! Daniel Craig makes for a perfect 007. This series is so brilliant that I start the series and repeat them over and over.Now, it must be said, that I only watch 15-20 minutes per day but the way in which I watch is to take in every little detailso that this short period lasts at least twice that long. I study the films as if I have to make a detailed report as to what I saw in each film. I'm so grateful to all those that created and participated in the making of this series as they achieved something significant, brilliant and truly wonderful. Movie magic at its best!

Great to have the best James Bond all in one. The 4k transfers could hardly be better but the packaging (case) is a disaster and may not last for very long. It seems I am not the first to complain about this issue!

These Bond films look great in 4k upgrade. Daniel Craig physically looks like he could handle and do all those Bond action scenes. I love the Sean Connery films but I always thought he looked to frail to physically kick A. Another example would be the actors in 300. They definitely looked like they were strong enough to kick a** while the actors in the original The 300 Spartans had skinny arms and didn't look like they could fight their way out of a paper bag. I really appreciate the fact that modern actors work out and build muscle to look the part. I just found out that the James Bond Sean Connery films are coming out in a 4k collection. The blu-rays of these films were made from 4k transfers and they look pretty good but to actually be made into a 4k transfer should be a lot better picture. Looking forward to getting that. I'm sure other collections are forthcoming in the best movie franchise in history of film making.

For the price? Dang!Not that horribly difficult to PLEX or some other approach to get them digitally available.Still, @ $10/movie? Sheesh, peeps!I did appreciate comments made by others about the durability of the case.I ordered it at the time I ordered another set of HD Disks [Kubrick].Seems to me the two packed in the same padded envelope provided enough protection.Nothing in this Craig set came apart, and the case closes back up without issue.Quite happy with my purchase, plus the delivery.Of course, YMMV.Consider bundling!
