Ok. So before your shower, run this all over your body. Then shower- scrub and everything you usually do.After doing this, my skin is so stinkin soft. Like. So hydrated. I don’t have to wear lotion bc my skin is so great. I don’t get ashy or anything throughout the day! Depends on your skin but I do it 2x a week at the most. So great.
