Does anybody actually notice any difference between the "artist" grade and the "academy" grade paper they have?

There are 3 types of watercolor paper: rough, hot and cold press. Is this rough or cold press? Is it 140 lb paper? Is it white, off white or cream?

I see no review for the hot press paper. can anyone compare the surface of the hot press satine with the cold press fin?

Any standard mat opening that works with this paper dimensions?
