I really like this stuff, except for the price. I'm very particular about hair products. Right now my hair is the longest its ever been, I can put it in a bun. But during the day I have to look professional, so I'll slick it back with the super goo for a more conservative look. I apply it to damp, towel dried hair as the dampness makes it easier to work with the product. The drier the hair the more you control you'll have styling. It has a really interesting texture, almost rubbery once dried. It doesn't flake if someone runs their hands thru your hair but it does get dull. Just a little water and you can restyle and it'll look like new, with just a slight decrease in hold after the wetting/restyle (without additional application of product). With my current hair style I'll switch between this and the old tried and true - Queen Helene Hair Gel which never fails. You can get it from a local Rite Aid or they sell a 6 pack on amazon which is absurd. I bottle lasts me over a year. Queen Helene Gel # 8 Sculpture & Glaze Squeeze Bottle 20 oz. (Pack of 6) Doesn't leave the hair dry or damaged after washing it out which I really like. Hair spray always makes my hair feel terrible after a few days use but this stuff doesn't do that. I actually just had a few girls comment on how healthy my hair feels after I washed out the product. Overall Impression: Excellent product I've used for a few months. The container lasts me a few months so its much more expensive than the Queen Helene, which has me totally spoiled. I try to use this for more special occasions and keep the Queen Helene for everyday, but I say my use is split 60% Super Goo - 40% Queen Helene.

I love this product! I was skeptical at first because I am trying to get away from the "shiny" and "sleek" look, but I was wrong. This product contains natural ingredients to strengthened your hair while simultaneously making it look good. Essentially, this product makes your hair look "Executive". The smell is extraordinary. It smells really good. Chics love the smell too - that's a plus! This 3.4 oz container will last quite a while. A small amount goes a long way. It is also malleable. Even after you've applied the product on your hair, you can style to your liking throughout the day with your hands. If you're caught on a rainy day, no problem. The product is water soluble. The rain will not make the product melt down your face like cheap gels out at your local wal-mart store; you're hair will stay as is. Again, all you have to do is style it with your hands to form it back to it's original style. The substance is not a hard substance either; the substance is soft with a superior hold. Non-flaky. Non-hardened hair. The 'Super Goo' will leave you hair looking the way you want it and, smelling really good. This men's hair product is my 'go-to' product for everyday use. Get it! My stylist recommended this a couple years ago and it's been my saving grace for my hair ever since. I have shorter curly, dry frizzy hair and it makes it look soft and smooth and holds it all day without feeling hard or sticky. It smells really nice, too, but it doesn't give off a strong scent. I know everyone's hair is different so it might not be the same for everyone but I searched for the perfect product for a long time and had started to think I couldn't find something that was meant for people with hair like mine (even if there are plenty of products advertised for people with hair like mine), so I'm VERY happy with this!

What it does: Provides maximum hold without being sticky or greasy. When to use it: After towel drying hair, put a dime sized amount in and rub it through hair. Blow dry and get major height and volume, some shine, and massive holding power for pompadours. Really easy to get creative. Comb it through without blow drying, and it provides a great, sleek look (think greaser looks). Washing out: No problem washing it out because it's water based, not oil. It can dry your hair out a little, so be conservative I was skeptical at first because it's a seriously sticky goo. I used to use Crew Fiber, I've tried tons of waxes, pomades and spent a fortune until I found this. It's great.

Didn’t do much for me except weight my hair down and make it sticky and dirty looking to add some texture and subtle definition to my Bob hair style when waving it. This was suggested on a YouTube tutorial for doing this. It’s pricey for not being a good product

Grand adepte de la coiffure, il y a longtemps que je cherche le produit parfait pour moi. et il semblerait que je l'ai trouvé. Enfin un produit qui me permet de me coiffer et me recoiffer tout au long de la journée, sans forcément avoir le cheveu qui durcit. C'est un ami coiffeur qui me l'a conseillé et c'est sur Amazon que je l'ai trouvé au meilleur prix. Même si c'est pas important le packaging est tres sympa et change des pots de gels habituels

I have very thick and very straight hair so it is hard to get it to do what I want. This stuff allows me to do that and holds very well. You'll have to experiment with it a bit to get it working how you want, but the way I use it is to put a blob of it in my palm (about thumbnail size) then I work it into my hands. Then I keep putting small amounts of water on my hands, from the tap, until I get a slightly moist paste in my hands, then I work it through my hair. Then I add a little more water to get more paste out and keep doing it until I'm happy. Finally I finish with a comb. The best thing about this product for me is if I am running late in the morning and don't have time to wash my hair etc. I wet a comb and run it through my hair to "reactivate" the product then use a hairdrier to set it in place. Works like a charm.
