Really love this Matcha and is a good price buying it by the pound. Was turned on to this a few years ago and have been drinking it daily ever since. Normally I drink it cold, shake it up on a Blender Bottle. It's a nice bright green color and the taste is so smooth, and slightly nutty. It's so different from regular green tea. I've tried lower grade Matcha but always come back to Ceremonial grade and Jade Leaf is the best.

Heavens Yes! I ordered the Barista because from the description the Teahouse was sweeter but I actually like the slight bitter bite of green tea. I don’t even sweeten it so I’m a true matcha lover. It’s great. Fresh perfectly Kermit the Frog green (the teahouse version should be a bit darker usually) and most importantly as I’m super in tune with my body, my body loves it. You just feel great when you drink it instantly separate from the caffeine. I think it’s your body recognizing the amazing nutrition. In case you didn’t know matcha is rich in polyphenols like catechins- powerful antioxidants in addition to chlorophyll and quercetin! Great for inflammation and allergies. Oh and there’s L-Theanine too which has many benefits! What’s not to love? Watch your sugars Loves. This is great in lattes but I have yet to bake with it. I personally use it just with water, with organic 2% milk sometimes, but most of the time unsweetened coconut milk. 🍵
