This is the first one I purchased my other one I got for Christmas present I used it for years I just wanted a new one I love this it's so much better than waxing I don't lose my skin and I will continue to buy them

I had a Tweeze product for many years. It was a wonderful, effective little devices. Eventually t stopped working and I attempted to purchase another one. This company sells many different hair removers. I ordered the one that looked like the be I had had.It was delivered on time with no problems, but the device does no wrk well. It pretty much does not work at all.I am not asking for a refund as the price was very smalll.More than that….I recently had a very, very nice experience with Amazon.I ordered two bundt cake pans to be sent to my sister in Beaverton, Oregon. The package was mus delivered as proven by the fact that the photo of the delivery was not a photo of my sister’s house.Amazon sent her two more bundt cake pans which were delivered on time. There was no charge for these bundt pans.Just a few days ago the original purchase was delivered to my sister’s home by the individual who did receive it. This was many weeks after it was first supposed to get to my sister. The person who had received it thoughtvitvwas something else that had been expected. So…my sister then had four Bundt cake pans for the price of two.I called Amazon willing to pay for the pans that that i was not charged for. I was somewhat annoyed by the whole problem, but offered to pay if I had to. There was an additional wrinkle in that I had cancelled the credit card used for the initial purchase. It would not have been easy for my sister to get the pans to the post office so my option, while I did not really like it, was to pay for the second set I cake pans.I wa told, after I explained the matter that she could keep all of the pandas and there would be no additional cost. Because of this excellent experience with Amazon I am not asking for, and will not accept, an refund for the much less expensive item that does not work.Furthermore, I am, now, an even more loyal Amazon customer.Thank you for the way you you treated me relative to the Bundt Cake Pans, and forget about the much smaller purchase

I purchased this for a friend because I own one and believe she will also like it. I was disappointed because it did not come with instructions or batteries.

Quick tweezing less painful.

I owned a Tweeze for many, many years. It was reliable and made well. Recently, I lost it, so I bought this new one. The plastic on this one is about the lowest quality it could possibly be. In the photos, you can see the top plastic part is cloudy (rather than clear) and it lacks clean edges. The button is also cloudy, lacks clean edges, and doesn't feel sturdy. Looking at the side of the Tweeze, you can see that the two parts don't completely close. The new one feels lighter weight and more fragile than my previous one. I placed batteries inside it and it didn't work. So I am returning it for a refund.

It tweezes and does not shave. Works well.
