So... first things first:The battery life for the camera when it’s not plugged in and charging while being used is probably about 30-45 seconds, which then dies until it’s plugged back in. The suction-cup mount has difficulty staying mounted to the windshield in the cold, and the camera can easily be knocked out of the grooves which hold it in.Secondly: The timestamp is usually only accurate for one time use after you adjust it. From my experience, if you change the date/time and then have to turn the camera off and back on again, the timestamp is incorrect.Lastly: The audio is very faint and hard to hear. As well as the SD Card only being able to hold a small amount of videos (not really a flaw, because you can buy a larger SD Card yourself. Rather... a heads up)Other than that, video quality is HD 1080p as stated, with a wide view lense that captures practically the entire windshield view. The mound has 360° coverage. A decent product if you’re looking for an easy way out to record your driving.

Pretty disappointed in this purchase. Waited too long to check the video quality from the files since I've had it in my wife's car so now I can't return it. Video quality is hazy and looks like garbage. File overwrite feature does not work - you will have to pull the card and format it on your computer every time it fills up. I would absolutely not purchase this again or recommend it. You get what you pay for here...

The first one I had was great until I had to buy a new SD card. Then I constantly got a message the SD card was full. I'd reseat the card and the error would go away until the next time I started my car. Then my camera was stolen. My daughter bought me a new one for Christmas. 5 months later it doesn't work. The screen for cloudy then the image disappeared all together. I'm disappointed because the picture was great.

Be careful of the power cable when hiding it! They are not well made and will separate if you apply too much tension!The dash cam does not have the needed resolution to read rear license plates on the car in front! If you want to do this you should look for a 120 degree field of view!

Nice little cameras, good playback and easily transferable between vehicles or ATV's. I bought 2 of these for my truck, one facing front the other to the rear. One camera quit working after 11 days and will not record anything. The other is still working fine although to my own demise, recently had an accident and the little thing told the truth. I ran the light!Only 3 stars because one quit working, but for the price it's a good deal.

Bought this item April of this year and just a few weeks ago the sd card started reading full. I would format it and still said full. Tried another sd card and same thing. Something is wrong with camera

So far so good. I installed this in my wife's car and she enjoys watching the recorded footage from time to time.

love this so much we have one in every work truck
