I LOVE this book. The faux leather doesn't feel cheap and looks real. Book looks better than picture. I used the water bottle in the photograph as a size reverence (it is a nice neat sized book) and to keep the pages open. It has an insert page labeled To, From and Date. I didn't photograph it because I already wrote names in it. But it is centered on inside a square with a line under each word so you can personalize it for whoever you are giving it to, if it is a gift. Or just write it to yourself from yourself if it is for you! There is a scripture under that and a scripture on the bottom of each page. The font for the scripture is nice and clear and stylish. The pages are lined. It is not a calendar book so the pages are not dated. That would be GREAT if it came as a daily calendar journal also. I would get one every year. I got this book for both my adult sons, my husband and an elderly friend who is bedridden now and likes to write. Now I just need to get one for myself. Wonderful book.

Exactly how it is pictured! I bought it as a gift for my brother to take on a mission trip and it was perfect. It fit well in his bag as it isn't massive and had an adequate amount of pages.

Bought as a birthday gift for my dad that does a lot of Bible studying and journaling. It resembles a very high quality journal!

Absolutely gorgeous notebook. Very well made, the cover is soft lush leather and the pages are beautiful. The scripture is true to the tone of the cover and has many passages to encourage strength and motivation. My aunt called half in tears about how lovely the gift was and how much she appreciated it.

This journal was purchased as a gift for my husband. The cover is very soft leather. The verse and design stamped on the front is well positioned. It was a little smaller than I thought, (I didn't pay attention to the dimensions on the listing), but I am extremely pleased with the purchase. The seller packaged the item well, and it arrived on time.
