We are living in a mountainous region of Central, NY and have been combating the influx of ticks in our region. I was initially treating my dog with a frontline that worked ONLY IF the tick bit the dog. That didn't stop the ticks from hitching rides into our house and causing concern for our loved ones. At one stage last summer, my dog got up and also we discovered 3 live ticks where he had been putting ON OUR BED. I didn't have any clue what to do in terms of a repellent for our dog until our vet suggested that PUMEK flea and tick collar.After two months, we have not discovered one tick or flea. Our dog doesn't seem to have any problem with the collar and shows no signs of irritation as some others have undergone. The collar failed to pop off the first week and for some reason, we could receive the exact same collar back. The vet says the collar needs to be tight enough that the collar can make contact with skin so we left around two fingers worth of space for relaxation. I bought a back up if the collar does get lost in their journeys. We do what we can to tame the outdoors but if your pet has been a tick magnet like our dog. .you're still running the chance of ticks on your home--this appears to be the only product out there actually repelling ticks. And we can comfortably be together with our beloved dog again!

This has everything as described.I like the disc needle container, making it easy to keep my needles in a safe place. I've had needles drop out of a pin cushion & an unhappy surprise for my barefoot husband.It's very easy to see which one I want to pick.This is perfect for anyone wanting the basics needed for sewing & other needle crafts.

I use these needles for sewing repairs as well as for my yarn creations. Easy to thread which is helpful because my vision is not what it used to be. I highly recommend.
