Mushroom Center domestic dry Enoki mushrooms 50g

Although no clear instructions on how to prepare these were available... we followed instructions online and made mushroom (crab) cakes. They were yum!

It is an interesting alternative to spahgetti, one that I am not too sure I will use that often due to how awkward it is to use.

These dried mushrooms are perfect in miso soup.

Bought these to use in Ramen soup, but they don't rehydrate at all and had a chewy consistency. Most dried mushrooms rehydrate after soaking them in water, but these do not. Very disappointed.

High quality, Great flavor! I love a enoki mushrooms, and my local supermarkets rarely have it in stock. I usually make miso soup a few times a week, and always have dried shiitake on hand. I love shiitake but I really don’t want it in my miso. These mushrooms plus some seaweed, make it magical. Thanks for the great product!

お料理にささっと足せて、健康にも配慮できるので、使い勝手が良いです。乾燥しているので、汁物や煮物にそのまま入れて使っています。生のえのきよりも香りが強く感じるので、一度にたくさん使うと存在感がすごいです(笑)また、乾燥しているからなのか、繊維のせいなのか、生えのきよりも歯ごたえがありました。何とも言えない食感なのですが、我が家ではあまり好評ではありませんでした。

味噌汁の具として使用。生のものと比較するとシャキシャキ感はないが、キノコ独特の変な臭みがなく、食べやすいです。乾燥と言っても、しっとりしているので、取り出すときに粉々になったりしなくて、使い勝手が良いところも気に入ってます。袋にジッパーがないので、保存には気を付けないといけないところがマイナス点。
