So, this is our first time cooking with it. Not a happy result.The cookbook is a joke. It is as tall and wide as a standard playing card and 18 pages long. It is not detailed in any way. We are used to cooking, well educated and still we found ourselves repeatedly asking what are we supposed to do?When cutting squash (we are trying to make the squash spaghetti) it left a core it couldn't cut about 3/8th inch. We chopped it and added it, but I hadn't anticipated the potential waste when using this slicer. It did not make the long beautiful strands in the photos. The result was very tasty, but nothing like the picture. We will try it again, if we get the hang of it I will update this review.

zucchini worked good but the carrots and celery not so much. I don't think I would order it again.

Its great for large veggies like zucchini and potatoes but not for small, narrow veggies like carrots. Very sharp and easy to use but not for unsupervised children. Its a great gadget for all kitchens. The spirals are perfect and fun to make.

I had ordered a similar product that came with a storage pouch, I thought this one had one too. When I received it and realized it did not have one, I was going to return it and buy another one with the storage pouch, however they want to charge 1/2 the purchase price to return! I will keep this one, but I am still going to buy the other product, and just give this one bad reviews..

I love this product!!! It's easy to use and clean and it helps you create delicious and healthy meals using vegetables rather then pasta in your yummy creations. The little recipe book included with this product is terrific. I am enjoying my Vegetable Pasta Maker very much and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to try something different (and delicious) while cooking in a healthier way.

really, not worth the money. it's slower than using a vegetable peeler or knife.

We have used this for zucchini and carrots and we love it. It works as advertised and because we try to avoid eating so much pasta, it is a great addition to our kitchen. The small tips of the veggies that are left we chop up and feed them to our dog. Cleaning is fairly easy, just have to be careful about the blades. Definitely would purchase again.
