Brilliant. After reading about the health benefits of taking beetroot capsules l bought these ones. They are easy to swallow. Are high strength and are great for keeping my blood pressure where it should be. Would recommend. I have bought these for friends as a gift too

Not usually a big fan of supplements I can obtain from foods or pre-workout supplements.These capsules however seem to have the bonus of acting as just that while making something I can't stand the taste of possible to consume!I do martial arts and jump rope regularly but have had some fatigue from an op. Consequently my fitness had taken a beating and I was easily winded and quick to tire.Since taking just two capsules of these a few hours before a workout I've felt energised and my cardio game has come back. I definitely feel my cardio increased suddenly; swifter than it would have from just training alone.Additionally, I feel it's helped my circulation around certain private areas which is an added benefit I hadn't even considered but, checking out the science behind nitric oxide, would check out.They also come in a sexy black container if that's important to you. Personally it's not, but again an added bonus since it makes the kitchen top look slicker.Really good. Wouldn't hesitate to keep using this and other supplements from this brand.

Picked these up after reading up on the benefits of beetroot juice for blood circulation and fitness benefits, and can say that I wasn't disappointed, as I felt the benefits in the gym, and in my day to day life- More energy and not getting as fatigued as quickly, beetroot extract has earned it's place as a staple in my daily supplementation. Glad I found these, as it's cheaper than endless amounts of beetroot juice.

When you want the benefits of beetroot juice but don’t like the taste! Great quality supplement

I wanted to try a Beetroot supplement for increasing running endurance after reading some positive studies and articles online. I was sceptical that it would be effective but to be fair I did feel a mild improvement in cardio and running peformance while using these. Not enough to pay to use it on a continuous basis but it was definitely worth trying and perhaps I'd use again if I was preparing for a specific event and/or wanted to achieve a certain goal.
