Artisan Salt Co. Cyprus Black Lava Mediterranean Flake Salt, 5 Ounce Jar

Tasted this at a friend's home and knew immediately that I needed to have some of this in my kitchen. It comes in pretty large flakes, but all you have to do is put a portion into a plastic bag and break it up a bit. Not difficult!!!

This salt is amazing! Goes great with nice, thick filet mignon steaks! Just sprinkle some on the plate and place steak in center, along with a side dish. Looks elegant, and taste great.

Amazingly tasty in a subdued way. I'm finding hard not to sprinkle on any salad, vege or home made dip. Even cooked food Im decreasing salt so I could sprinkle a bit of this on my dish.
