KMC NRG GEL+ Mint Caffeine

So I was looking for a energy gel refill and this popped up on my search. Pricewise it was good. Turned up quickly and gave it a go on my next long run. the taste was minty. very minty. I accept given it was mint flavour that should not be a surprise. However it was a little too minty. it was like drinking toothpaste and not the greatest.That said there was an improvement when i watered it down a little. I found that made a big improvement and actually found it worked well for me. energy wise it was no real different to any other gel I have used. no stomach discomfort when used. it was also less sticky than some gels I have used in the past. So if you like the taste it will work well for you.
