At first look this is a good product and is not a 2nd hand as some people claim. Have not started working on it as I'm not home. Will give another review later.

Product not up to the mark
The machine is not working. Its gets jam while stitching. I asked to take it back.. No one came for pick up the defective material. If you are not taking back I have to publish in SOCIAL MEDIA. Please let me know what you are going to do. I am waiting your immediate teply.. I request all Amazone customers DO NOT PURCHASE LIKE SEWING MACHINE BECAUSE THEY ARE SELLING COMPANY TEJECTED MSTERIALS WHEN IT MANUFACTUTED. SO DONT WASTE MONEY WITH THIS PEOPLE.

Product is satisfactory results
Machine performance no issues and smoothly operating, the bobbin case supplied with the machine is not good quality,so I ordered separately new bobbin.
