I ordered three of these lights on February 3, 2022 and they arrived around March 14th, presumably on the slow boat from China. My contractor installed them. There were no installation instructions. Wiring was not color coded by US nor international standards. The information notes the color is dimmable. It actually has three "shades" of color....warm, cool and white which can be changed by turning the wall switch on and off and on again. The units come with a remote and may also be controlled via a bluetooth app. Two of the remotes never worked....always showing a red light even after changing batteries several times. I did get a green light on the third remote, but could never move beyond seeing the green light come on when I depressed every button. The app seems just as useless. Not sure if it is supposed to connect to the remote or the actual light. I have several components connected to bluetooth, so it is not a technical incompetence issue. My contractor contacted the company several times, but no resolve on the issues. The contractor was delayed in the installation due to delays on another project, so we missed the return deadline. The lights work and they are beautiful, but don't expect them to dim or be controlled by remote or an app.Here is my revised review. The company quickly contacted me after this review, and were very apologetic. The long delivery was due to Chinese New Year and the typical logistical problems the entire world is experiencing.The company included instructions when they contacted me, and they worked! The sconces change color from bright, warm and cool as I mentioned before, and THEY ARE DIMMABLE using the remote control. I only rated 4 because if those instructions had been included with the product, this probably would have been unnecessary. Also, using standard wiring code colors would have taken the guesswork out of the installation process. I would buy this product again and as I also mentioned earlier, they are beautiful.

I selected this fixture with neutral light. Is beautiful but no instructions were included in the packaging, and it took a bit longer to install than needed. Is it supposed to come with a remote? Is this light dimmable? Can it be controlled by an APP? I DON'T KNOW BECAUSE NO INSTRUCTIONS WERE PROVIDED WITH THE PRODUCT. How do I contact the manufacturer? If you are reading this, please send me instructions on the particular fixture I purchased. I want to order 4 more but I want to know if it is dimmable. If you don't want to print instruction on paper and include it with the packaging, perhaps create a PDF and let everyone download it from your Amazon listing. That would solve your problem and give everyone some sense of how this thing is supposed to work.

I thought you could change the color of the ligh, the white is really bright, they sore of look like church lights but I like them and they are ver bright

Unfortunately out of the 5 I purchased 1 failed in less than a year, 1 cracked and all of them have turned an awful yellow (see comparison of the one I took down vs a new one in photos.) Also the new one has a differed ballast in it so not sure if it will affect the brightness compared to the old ones. I am having to install a new ballast and in the old housing so there won't be a single one that sticks out thats not yellow. For the $1,000 I spent on these lights I wish they would have held up better than this at the barely year mark. They are on a garage wall that gets only morning sunlight so it's not like they are sitting in direct scorching sun all day. Winter temps stayed above 20 degrees this year so not to extreme on the cold.

We remodeled are living and got this light to make it fun for are three kids. Not only is the light a hit. I can adjust the brightness to my liking… and setting it up was to easy. Love it

These lights look amazing! Packaging was good, and they arrived much quicker than amazon had originally estimated. Very impressed with the quality for the price. 5 stars

The product arrived missing the remote and the middle metal strip peeling off. will return for a refund.

Electrican reluctant to install because it didn't have the same electrical box as is used in North America.I was going to return but had to pay shipping to China. Thought that would be as much as the initial cost so am going to try to convert. Very annoying.
