Very Good Insert for Arch and Heel Protection
I have purchased two of these so far and they have worked very well for me. I use them to play pickleball and for just normal walking and standing activities. As some have mentioned they are pretty stiff. They are not gel inserts. I originally tried these when I got a bad case of planter facia over a year ago. They really didn't relieve that pain, but once my foot healed sufficiently (after 6 months) I started wearing these for better arch/heel protection and this is where they have worked well. One other important consideration. I initially tried to use these on top of my existing shoe inserts and it didn't work well. It made the shoe too tight and elevated my feet too high in the shoe. Once I removed the original insert they were comfortable and worked well. If you are only using these for walking you might be able to get away with putting them on top of your existing inserts. Playing a sport like tennis or pickleball you will find they adversely affect your court movements and sometimes lead to twisting an ankle.Overall, a very good insert if you're looking for something fairly stiff and firm to protect your arch and heel. I believe the price is a bit high so I might still try some other inserts that are less pricey. The cost of this insert adds about 50% to the cost of the Asics shoes I've been using.

These insoles are DEFINITELY step one in solving this painful problem
These are a great way to relieve pressure and pain from plantar fasciitis, esp when combined with the arch cushions which are part of the plantar fasciitis repair kit offered here on Amazon. I couldn't walk without excruciating pain, until I put these inside a pair of shoes. even then I would once in awhile have a problem, but combining these with the arch cushion made an AMAZING difference, I can get up and walk without hobbling and have not been able to do that in weeks. Also good to look into the exercises to improve the condition, but these will give you relief so you can live your life and get your foot comfortable enough to even do those exercises (mine got so sore I couldn't even IMAGINE doing the recommended exercises)...these are a GREAT investment, but also get the kit and try the other things with them if you don't find enough relief here. Mine came on when I was traveling and it got so bad before I was able to get home and rest it and address the issue that it took a lot to relieve it. DON'T wait, buy these now....cannot stress that enough, they are step one (no pun intended) in relieving your misery. AND don't be discouraged if once in awhile you get up and get a shot of pain anyway....do the exercises, try the arch cushion along with them and you will find a solution. ALSO, get the night brace, that keeps you from re-injuring it and gently stretches the muscles that need to be loosened up to make you comfortable again....good luck

Not bad
I developed what was self diagnosed as plantar fasciitis. No idea what I had, truthfully, but symptoms were terrible pains in the arch of my foot going back to my heel. Throbbing after a day of work. My job requires me to be on my feet all day and I needed something quick so I gave these a go. I wouldn't say it cured what ailed me, still have a little pain sometimes and I should probably see a Doc, but my feet feel much better after a day of walking. Even bought a second pair for my "regular" shoes. They felt pretty odd initially (HUGE ball in your instep) but by the end of the first day I was used to them.

Do your sore foot a favor - These are nice!
I have struggled with Plantar Fasciitis for some time now. I love to walk, and work out a couple of times each week. Too often my foot hurts something fierce. I have good shoes that help, but I can't wear them all the time. I decided to try these. They're certainly cheaper than a lot I see in the stores... But boy, oh boy, these are nice! It took a little bit to get used to the bulge that pushes against the tendon off the heel. But... that's where the problem is! After a few minutes my foot feels better. These are so nice, so helpful, that I bought a second pair, and even got a pair for a good friend who also has foot issues. So far... these are soooo worth the money! Great product! I highly recommend!! Do you sore foot a favor :-)(By the way, a simple caveat. They do not work with my Bass loafers. Not enough room. These are fairly tall, which they need to be. That said, they do work with a pair of slip-ons that have elastic in the upper foot area. These are best for tie shoes.)

Not sure about my feelings on these.
Looking for good insoles for my dress shoes as I'm in them sometimes for 10 hours. I have high arches and suffer some from plantar fasciitis. These are rigid but feel comfortable. My feet still ache at the end of the day, but not as bad as before. I like the arch feel of these but not sure on them yet. My heels were pinched and blistered from the heel cup, but I'm hoping that doesn't happen anymore. It didn't happen in my 2nd pair of dress shoes. They do make my shoes feel tight in the upper and can feel uncomfortable when I'm not moving. I'll update this as I go along.

I love these insoles
I love these insoles. I paid $20 for them and would have paid way more with the way they help my feet. I am a nurse that is on my feet 12 hours a day. I have seen a podiatrist that wanted to sell me insoles for $400, but I thought I would first check and see what was available online. These had cut my pain at the end of my shift from 10/10 to 1/10 or less. They have worked so well that I got my wife a couple of pair. She too is on her feet all day. She likes wearing flats, but often complained about her feet, especially the top of one of her feet. I told her it was due to no support in her shoes. I inserted a pair in her flats and presto, she was healed. no kidding. I have bought 6 pairs between the 2 of us and have given pair to a coworker as a gift. I would definitely suggest spending $20 and try out a pair. you have nothing to lose.
