Osprey Daylite Shoulder Sling Pack

I think I have a weird obsession for shoulder bags great little over the shoulder bag that it’s got it some good compartments I will say that the shoulder strap works either left or right shoulder hanging but the piece word hooks onto the bag at the bottom of the store the struggles is just a little piece of material I mean I wish they would’ve put something a little better they’re like in some kind of metal eyelet with some stronger material not sure if they want you to snag it on something and rip it off because it’s really doesn’t care to be that strong but overall I like the bag looks good I’m able to carry everything I need it that I want for today I will I would recommend’s this

I wanted a small day pack for short hikes (or outings with grandchildren) that would leave both hands free but did not need a full sized pack on my back (which would be half empty). This sling is perfect. It has just the right amount of compartments for keys, wallet, water, sunglasses, snack. The strap and back are padded for comfort and it is made of good quality material.

We bought this as a theme park bag for my wife. It works well, holds “just enough” including a rain coat, water bottle, etc. it could really use an external water bottle pocket to make it perfect. Pro’s - small enough, single shoulder strap, and cool on your back in warm Florida days. Cons - needs an external water pocket.

This bag is big enough to hold all sorts of items for hiking or riding my motorcycle or just in general, and small enough that when it's stuffed full it still isn't uncomfortable to wear for long periods of time. I carry it every day. Very well constructed and looks nice too. Would absolutely buy it again.

This bag was perfect for day trips / shopping in Europe. Backpacks have to be checked when entering stores, but one strap/ slings are ok. Kept everything safe and even had room for my packable jacket

A few years ago I bought an Osprey Ultralight Roll Organizer for packing my shaving kit, medications, and first aid stuff on my motorcycle and was pleasantly surprised how much I liked it on several trips. I recently bought this sling bag for use on dog walks and day trips and it was also a nice surprise. Very well made and designed. Too bad they were out of stock of more preferable colors at the time but I'll get over it!

I've had quite a few Osprey packs over the years from backpacks to day packs to more general use ones like this sling bag. I like this one well enough that I've ordered a second, in another color.The bag does ride pretty comfortably for me, which is saying a lot for someone with bad neck and shoulders, Many cross body and sling bags pull uncomfortably on my neck.My quibble is about the zipper pulls. The way they are threaded through the slider means that they pull off-center. Zippers work best with an even pulling. No matter how I move the zipper pull, it slews around to the side. I may have to change that out, both for ease of use and longevity of the zipper. It will be interesting to see if the second bag has the same pull.

Was in love with this bag when I first unboxed it. As far as looks go, it’s fabulous! The aluminum is a really sharp color combo without being too bright or garish—it’s a medium shade of blue closer to the first product image, not the light blue in the image with the guy wearing it. Perfect size midway between a backpack and a purse with just enough pockets. Could easily fit a water bottle, phone, keys, wallet, snacks—just right for a quick hike, the farmer’s market, a concert, or walking the dog.Was so disappointed when I tried it on though! There is just no good way to wear this if you’re a petite woman and have any chest whatsoever. I tried making the fit looser, tighter, readjusting the pack position, different shirts underneath. I so wanted it to work, but the padded part of the strap gaps weirdly while the thinner nylon part hikes up and creates a really unflattering “chest sling” effect in front, lol. So very sad to return, but no way this is going to be comfortable and it just isn’t designed for a woman with any curves, especially if you’re petite. Ordered the Daylight daypack in the same color and am hoping the more traditional two-strap style will fit better without being too large for my intended uses.

Great little bag which makes a change from a full on ruck sack .Use when walking the dogs , takes water , coat etc . Has stash pockets inside .Choose this different colour and already had quite a few compliments on its first proper outing !

Spot on, bit smaller than I expected but can get a rain coat in there plus more, low profile, comfortable and great to carry extra layers in unpredictable weather

Sitzt gut am Rücken, sowohl bei mir als auch bei meiner 8-jährigen Tochter. Vom Inhalt her für den Stadt-Tagestrip ausreichend, oder halt für den Hundespaziergang. Qualität super, mega-leicht, wie immer bei Osprey. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!!
