So after using for a week I had to stop using. It either would not charge case when phone was in it while on charger and would not charge phone unless case was turned on while plugged in or not. But after a week the case was dead and my phone wasn’t charged so I stopped using it.

The part at the top of the phone doesn’t stay on very well and I knew it was going to be an issue at some point but I didn’t expect it to fall off and go missing the very first day. Fortunately my phone has stayed inside it very well even without that top piece. I do recommend that if you are going to buy this, that you have a good screen protector because the area framing the phone is too flat to be any sort of protection.I got this case due to its high battery capacity as opposed to some of the others I looked at. After using it for a month, I can say it has been a bit of a pain that it frequently starts charging on its own whenever it wants to without me pushing the button, and even starts to charge when my phone already has a full charge. It’s frustrating when I don’t notice it happening and then when I actually need to use it, there is no charge left.Another issue that I have had with it is that according to the description it is supposed to charge the phone first when it is plugged in, before charging the case. It has been the complete opposite for me. I have had to remove my phone from the case and charge them separately. Since it slides out fairly easily, this has fortunately been only an inconvenience rather than a major hassle. I’m living with these issues at the moment but I wouldn’t buy it again.

It has this cover that is just so unecessary and stupid, sometimes i forget to put it on, the should have designed it better than that, otherwise its a decent case and still works for now.

Purchased this because it seemed slimmer than others. It’s not. This thing is a brick and has some weight to it. Slow charging. It’s not terrible, but not the best either.

I love this case!!! On the mini - it doesn’t make the phone feel overly big.At least an extra 100% of life maybe more - I haven’t gotten to let my battery run out fully.

My exchange item still had the same small bowing issue on right side but to top piece that clips on the phone case seems tighter so far and has not popped off easily.

This product is too easy to turn on and my phone is always charging. The button should be recessed so it does not turn itself on in my pocket. The battery life is good but it does add thickness to the phone.
