More Pieces To A Very Strange Puzzle
This book shows how the enigmatic statements made by the alchemists of old reveal that they understood certain mysteries of nature that were rediscovered during the 20th century either by accident or through targeted scientific research. These natural laws involve things that are going on at the atomic level of the elements that appear mainly between the platinum group metals and mercury on the periodic table.Again and again in the book Farrell explains concepts scientifically that match up with what the alchemists said using their veiled and intentionally ambiguous language. And those scientific ideas, if we can even call it that, are so unusual that it is not surprising that only a very few people in the past ever unlocked those secrets. It gets into the subtle and mysterious relationships between time, space, and matter. The book has a dark and ominous feeling since the Nazis and Russians were trying to use the alchemical secrets to create super weapons. Farrell has a fascination with the Nazis in particular and tells how they were much further along in creating an atomic bomb during World War II than is generally believed today. The image of Adolf Hitler standing in a field observing an atomic bomb test is going to stay with me for some time after reading this book. For Farrell World War II became a race to create an atomic bomb or something even more hellish. Both sides realized that whoever did this first would rule the world. He suggests that the bombing of the German city of Dresden, an act that has always appalled historians, was motivated by this nuclear arms race since Dresden was located near the SS's secret labs. Who knows how this arms race may have secretly influenced other decisions that were made during the war about using the atomic bomb on Japan and other things. The occult origins of the Nazi belief system is something that people are generally aware of but this book puts this occult connection into a completely different perspective. Those beliefs included alchemy and searching through the mists of the ancient past for super weapons. He tells how the yield for a hydrogen bomb test is affected by the location on the Earth where the test is executed and also by the positions of the stars, the planets, and especially the sun. A hydrogen bomb test is like a gigantic and deadly alchemy experiment. The mysterious alchemist Fulcanelli felt that God is an alchemist who created the universe by converting energy into matter: Fulcanelli: Master Alchemist: Le Mystere des Cathedrales, Esoteric Intrepretation of the Hermetic Symbols of The Great Work (Le Mystere Des ... of the Hermetic Symbols of Great Work) I guess a hydrogen bomb reverses that process.Alchemy is I believe just one of many secrets that have been lost to our so called modern world or which are kept hidden from the general public by the powers that be. The mystical arts were never revealed to everyone even in ancient times since this type of knowledge becomes extremely dangerous in the wrong hands.I suspect that somewhere in this book Farrell identifies the type of horrific force or energy that was unleashed on Atlantis to destroy an entire continent in a few short hours. Maybe Atlantis was destroyed by some sort of 'time wave' who knows.I hope Farrell will write a book about the Ark Of The Covenant of biblical fame. More Great Farrell
Okay, I realize that by now I sound like some gushing little fanboy where Farrell's work is concerned. The trouble is, there is so little work of this caliber, it is difficult not to gush. I promise I will try to be moderate. In yet another of his seemingly endless stream of interesting and exciting books about "hidden history," Farrell has once more created a fascinating piece of research which draws one in like a "page turner" mystery. This book approaches hidden technology in history from the viewpoint of the nature of Alchemy. There are three major sections - one devoted to "American Gold," one to "Russian Mercury," and one to our old friend, German Xerum 525.The American Gold mentioned is David Hudson's (re)discovery of monatomic gold and "ORMEs" - Orbitally Rearranged Monatomic Elements. This form of gold, and other platinum group metals as well, exhibits characteristics far different than we are used to seeing in mainstream chemistry, some quite bizarre and other-worldly. In fact, the substances have been included in the term "exotic matter" for their astonishing traits. The section on Russian Mercury is about the infamous "Red Mercury" which caused such a stir in the 80s. While some consider it pure fiction, Farrell clearly shows that there is something quite substantial to the story, and interestingly enough, it leads to our "exotic matter" friend from Nazi Bell research, Xerum 525, which the third section of the book explores in a few more aspects than he has covered before.Along the way, Farrell introduces us to the usual wide array of research and forgotten (suppressed?) science, such as the exciting torsion physics ("causal mechanics" in Kozyrev's terms) work of Dr. Nikolai Kozyrev, which was classified in the U.S.S.R. for a long time. Kozyrev's work has incredible importance. The work of Burkhard Heim is also explored, and like Kozyrev, is extremely interesting and paradigm changing. The book is worth it for this information alone.Farrell has an ability to piece together this kind of information in a way that is simply irresistible. The weaving of obscure physics, history, metaphysical studies, politics, etc., is amazing and deeply informative. I find his methods rigorous, honest, and insightful, and his writing engaging and thought provoking. This was one of those books I could barely stand to put down - its ideas haunted my thoughts, pulling me back to the book over and over again. I put all my other reading on hold and even took extra time off from work to finish it as quickly as I could. This is the kind of book one wants to think about and let simmer in one's mind, considering the possibilities and implications of the information. I would love to take a several month retreat (in Barbados or Fiji, please) to immerse myself in his work and give the deeply profound implications of these things time to really take a strong hold in my thoughts. Sigh.......I do not hesitate to recommend this book if you are interested in radical physics, hidden/suppressed history, or just like to think. This book presents a few more pieces in the puzzle of our world, and is very welcome. As always, I recommend all of Farrell's books without hesitation.

Grab every HARDCOPY of Dr. Farrell's research for your library right now! It's all seriously that good!
Another amazing one by JpF. In my opinion he is the best nonfiction author I've ever read. His work weaves a vibrant tapestry made of the finest cloth that comprehensively covers the often times controversial and stranger than fiction reality that we all live in. The world we live in is not the the pretty and nice place we are all led to believe it is from an early age and it never was. If you want conspiracy theory don't buy this book. If you want evidence and fact based, extensively researched material please do. You will not be disappointed. However from now on I'll be purchasing everything he writes in paperback. I feel that it's much better having the footnotes on the bottom of every page in the hard copy version vs having to leave the page to see the footnote section at the end of every chapter in the digital. Plus ebooks can be edited remotely. If part of a text is deemed controversial, no problem "they" will just change a few words or sentences to make it less so when they supposedly are correcting grammatical errors. Who would notice? Or say a book gets banned outright, no big deal, just delete it entirely from people's devices and the ebook store. If you're like me and have a large ebook collection would notice if one book went occasionally missing? If you're reading controversial research from Dr. Farrell or other authors like him be smart and get hard copies, that way you'll only have to worry about book burnings haha.

A very ancient & modern quest
I recommend this book to all those who are interested in confronting ancient theories with mostfuturistic ones. The author really helped me to understand some rather difficult scientific matters.I devoured each chapter. Thank you Mr. Farrell!

Physics ancient and modern
Physics, from the ancient philosophers and alchemists to new science. The "standard model" of physics is woefully inadequate and is being left behind by quantum and other studies on the cutting edge of science.

Worth perservering!
Joseph can be a difficult author at first but if you feel that way, persevere like me. His theories are never thrown out there without a wealth of research to back them. I found it all fascinating, from the first page to the last.

This physics to think about it.
If I had Mr Farrel as teacher in physics, I would have studied physics. I'm surprised that physics can be so exciting. There are so many physicans in history, so many challenging theories, which are forgotten or out of the norm. Thanks to Mr. Farrell for this excellent research.
