Ease of use and sharp!
I watch Rachel Ray's TV show sometimes and that's where I found out about a truffle shaver. It looked like a wonderful tool. I just received mine a few days ago and have already used it to shave garlic and chocolate. It works like a charm. This Candor Cookery Truffle Shaver is sturdy, easy to change size of slices, and very sharp. I enjoy using it and it is so nice to have our ice cream with shaved chocolate and it enhances our Italian dishes with the garlic flavor from fine shaved slices.

My first time using one of these. I don’t know if they are suppose to come dull but mines had to be sharpened before I could use it.
