UPDATE - June 12, 2017Unfortunately, I have had to *** DOWNGRADE *** my review from 3 stars to 2 stars.The ONLY reason this product is receiving 2 stars from me - and not 1 star - is the customer service.The customer service is responsive - And I was able to receive a full refund.I received 2 sets of replacement silicone seals.The Replacement seals fit Much better than the previous seals. However, it still LEAKED from both ends.I even tried the second set of replacement seals.Thus, the product is unusable for me. After consideration (and talking to another co-worker who has a similar design tea infuser - but a different brand) I have decided to consider a different overall design tea infuser for my use.ORIGINAL REVIEW:MAKE SURE YOUR LIDS **EACH** CONTAIN A **SILICONE SEAL** - OR IT WILL LEAKTIP: Test your bottle and lids with water before actual use. Screw on one lid - Put water in your bottle - Screw on the other lid.You don't want to waste your tea if the bottle/lid(s) leak.I don't usually post reviews. But this product didn't have too many reviews - and buyers need to know that the lids MUST contain a silicone seal.I am waiting for new seals from the seller - And I have not been able to use the tea infuser (mine leaks) - so this product currently gets 3 stars from me. Once I get the seals, I will update my review and adjust the stars (if necessary).PROS:1) Responsive customer service. They responded to my emails promptly.2) The outer container is made of a sturdy cardboard material. And there is a thin layer of bubble wrapping inside. Also, the Insulated cover is over the tea infuser.Thus, I feel like the product is sufficiently protected.3) It comes with an Insulated cover. The fit of the Insulated cover on the bottle is tight - so slightly hard to slip on and off of the bottle - but it's a good color - And it has a handle/loop.4) The bottle glass seems like a thick and sturdy glass.5) It's double-walled - with the design on the inner glass wall, so it's not too in your face - and it won't rub off.6) The tea infuser/filter inside seems to be made of a good material. And it has a screw on lid.I wanted something with a screw on lid for the tea infuser/filter.The tea infuser/filter can go in the top (for less steep time) - Or on the bottom (for more steep time). Or it can be removed altogether (for fruit).TIP: The lid with the rubber circle is always supposed to go on the bottom.CONS:1) Bottle is small. I think it holds like 13 oz or 13.5 oz.So basically about 2 (small) cups of tea.Sufficient, but depending on how much tea you drink, it may not be enough.*** 2) It is NOT clear that there are supposed to be silicone seals (silicone rings) inside of EACH LID.I read the instructions/FAQs in the emails.I read the instructions that came with the product.I did not see the silicone seals in any of the official product photos on Amazon.Seals inside of the lids make sense - and they need to be there - OR YOUR BOTTLE WILL LEAK.I made the mistake of throwing away my silicone seals.When I received my bottle - And I removed each lid - I saw a thin plastic ring attached to the lip of each glass end.Honestly, I can only explain the plastic rings as thin, "cheap and flimsy."I thought that they were stuck to the glass lips to protect the glass ends during shipping.I did briefly think that the rings belonged in the lids.However, when I placed 1 ring inside of the lid - it sat very loosely inside the lid (not a snug fit at all) - And when I turned the lid around - the ring immediately fell out of the lid.The rings did NOT IN ANY WAY read "important silicone seal" to me - At All.I own about 3 Zojirushi thermoses (Japanese brand water bottles/thermoses). They definitely contain rubber/silicone seals. The seals are obvious. They can be removed and cleaned. And the seals can be put back fairly easily.And the product instructions mention the seals (also about their removal and placement).Since I didn't read or see anything about the silicone seals being necessary and important for the product - I threw the silicone seals away.Suffice it to say - my bottle leaks.On a Plus note, the customer service is responsive.And my understanding from them is that they are working on improving the silicone seal.I support small businesses - I want this seller to do well.I like this product - I want to be able to use it for tea.I hope that this review will prevent someone else from making the same mistake that I did.Once I get my replacement silicone seals, I plan to update my review.

Straight out of the box this bottle is beautiful. It arrived nicely packaged in a strong cardboard tube and bubble wrap inside. The bottle also comes with a insulated sleeve which fits nice and snug. I’ve been looking for a bottle that works double ended and this bottle is it. For tea I use it with the infuser basket at the bottom so that the tea keeps infusing even after taking a few sips, not like other bottles with the infuser on top where after 2 sips the infuser is no longer in water. The tea stays in the infuser and I never get any floaty bits of tea escaping. When you first pour hot water in, the bottle is a little too hot the handle but this sleeve does a fantastic job of protecting your hands. After a little while, it’s no problem to hold the bottle because of the double walled insulation. With the sleeve on it kept the water warm for a few hours. When I’m wanting to infuse some fruit with cold water I just use the single layer infuser at the top (without the basket that is used for tea) to stop the fruit coming out the top when I’m drinking it. The bottle being glass and stainless steel means I’m not getting any plastic or rubbery taste in my beverage which is fantastic. The bottle is so easy to wash as there is an opening on either end so I don’t get gunk and residue at the bottom and he infuser basket is easy to take apart and wash, without leaving any residual tea leaves inside. This bottle is versatile, multi-functional and stylish. I absolutely love it and get lots of comments from my co-workers about it!

Overall this is a great product. The only thing that I wish I could change is that the tea strainer doesn't sit "still" or snap into the glass. As a result, it clinks as you hold the bottle. If that was fixed, this would 100% be a 5 star review. It's a solid piece of glass, strains easily, and can easily be machine washed.

It leaks and mine shattered as if fell off of a shelf of a height of 6 inches or so. It is beautiful however, and I like everything else about it so I am debating on reordering it.. but those two flaws are kind of huge negatives.

I wrote a VERY long and in-depth review and tried to upload one more picture and the entire review disappeared. So I'm not going to rewrite it all over again. Thanks Amazon app.I will say this tumbler is amazing and I shopped around A LOT before buying it. Get it and you'll have no regrets. Has all the bells and whistles and makes perfect tea. Every time.

I wasn't sure what I was going to get when I ordered it, but I more than pleasantly surprised!! This is a very nice to go tea infuser. I was a little nervous when I poured the boiling water into the bottle as I did not want it to leak. No leaks! Sealed nicely. I'm excited to bring my tea with me to work.

This is fantastic quality and I love how multi-functional it is. I particularly love that I can have herbs like mint in tea infuser and fruit in the bottle because the smaller strainer keeps anything from coming up when I sip. My boyfriend was concerned about me getting a glass bottle but even he was impressed with the quality.
