My advice? Don’t buy it!!Whilst it looks lovely, it doesn’t work!!I was looking for a reasonably priced microwave that looked good and was easy to use.‘Tried to use it for the first time tonight, and it doesn’t heat food up.Internet advice suggests a faulty magnetron. Whilst it may have ben damaged in transit, I have had to book an engineer (at circa £100) to fix it.Couldn’t be bothered with the hassle of packaging it up and returning it.What an absolute waste of money and time this has all been.I’ve never had Swan products before and I certainly won’t be buying them again!!!

It's a very nice addition to the kitchen and looks quite stylish unlike some of the boring looking things on the marketIt heats your food just fine and works as it shouldThe only complaint I have is it isn't as powerful as my last one but that's not the devices fault that's on me because I knew what I was buyingFood takes a min longer to heat but still it works great and is a modern trendy addition to my kitchen .

I remember the days when Swan were a premium make.Not these days sadly. This microwave is a poor offering. Biggest problem is that the poor light inside, coupled with the "over-tinted" glass makes it almost impossible to see inside when it's cooking!!!Also, when you press the auto start button once, it defaults to 1 minute rather than the much more useful 30 seconds.The digital display is way too bright and slightly distorted in appearance.Just disappointing overall!

Easy to use and works well. The light inside is pointless as you can’t see anything through the door. Hard to clean and the coating to sides and handle seem like they could be scratched off at any careless moment. Your paying for the looks not an advanced microwave.

As a microwave it works no doubt, food goes in cold comes out molten.The quick mode (for heating beans and whatnot) requires multiple presses rather than the scroll and hit start which is the main gripe.The only other one is the sound of the "end" beep is abnoxiously loud, I have taken to turning it off at the plug before it ends.Quite why the whole village needs to know when it's finished I'll never know.
