Musical Ball 925 Sterling Silver Claddagh Pendant Necklace, 18" (Claddagh Necklace)

Not only was it damaged but bent as well right out of the box. Way to kill the Valentine's day mood. Extremely dissatisfied.

I received this product yesterday. When I open the box, I instantly love this necklace, it is more beautiful than the picture online and is a good quality. I did not expect the chain will be very well made, strong and thicker than most chain that comes when you purchase a pendant. The pendant is beautiful and also very well made. The heart and the semi circle has white stones on it, which was a surprise to me because I did not notice the stones on the picture when I ordered the necklace. I even research the meaning of "claddagh". I found out that the Claddagh design, two hands holding a heart with a crown has meaning, the crown for loyalty, heart for love and two hands represents friendship. I am excited to wear this beautiful necklace to work today and got a few nice comment about it on which I happily shared the meaning of the design. This necklace arrived ready for gifting as it came in an off white box with a very cute bow. Check out the picture.
