Angels Club (One Kid, One Horse, Can Change the World)

This was a sweet story. I didn't realize it was a kids book but I loved it. I'm so glad the history of Angel the horse 🐎 was revealed. I liked that the girls were trying to be better themselves.

This is a delightful story about a young girl and a horse named Angel. Both of them are in need of each other.The founding of the Angel Club was such a nice idea. And, horse therapy has proved to be so therapeutic for all who suffer from anxiety and depression...and more. Jacinda and Angel make a great team!The author has written this for ages 7 to 14 and grades 3 to 8.Highly recommended.

The most positive book I've read in a long while, Angels Club is an enjoyable read. The voice is quite clearly that of a young teen girl, and brought back memories of when I was that age and horse crazy. Two things stand out. First, there's a lot of information about horses, not just warm fuzzy horse references. Second, there is a strong message that anyone, at any age, can make the world a better place. There are great ideas on how to do it, too, with casual references to actual organizations. It's such a refreshing relief to read a book like this when the whole book world seems to center around dark fantasy and dystopian epics. The book is a little slow and repetitious in spots, but a recommended read anyway.

I love the way the girls got together to help other people who could use some help. I'm glad that they got to keep Angel. That was a perfect name for her. She didn't mind the baths when the first got her and once she gained the weight from being neglected she even did tricks for the girls.

I am a huge fan of the Jamie Bond books! They are a great series (with some of the best characters ever), but they are also great as a stand alone, which is a nice touch that these 2 authors are able to pull off effortlessly.This book has Jamie and the girls looking into cheating husbands and girlfriends, with a twist. The plot runs along at a very steady pace, and there are plenty of surprises to keep you highly entertained as you go.If you like a lighthearted romp, this book (series) is a great choice. The girls are always up for the challenges that come with working for James Bond, and they never disappoint

I gave this book 5 stars, because it has alot of lessons to be learned. Who knew how a horse could touch so many people. Angel was a very special horse. But the girls in the story, learned how to get along with their peers. Testing each others characters, and coming together to do good in their community. This book is for ALL young and adults. Age has no limit in this book. We should ALL do as the girls did, to help all people in some sort of way, to make life more appreciable.

Jacinda is having a lot of trouble making friends until she meets meets Angel, a rescue horse who really needed rescuing. Enter Emily, wheel chair bound but determined to learn to ride. Together the girls discover new friends and found the Angel Club that focuses on doing good deeds. Want to learn more? You gotta read the book your self.

I believe that this was one of the best books that I have ever read and I can really believe what is happening because I live on a farm and go help at a riding place for disabled people. Really, truly one of the best!

It's such a sweet story

I just love this book. No horse lover/bookworm should be without. There is nothing bad to say about it as it is the perfect book.

This book definatly deserves a five.So many emotions and personalitys.This book is about called Jacinda who got a project horse at Sunnybrook horse place and called her Angel is white and used to be in the circus as Emily who jacinda was helping in riding horses. Angels club is a really moving series. I love the way the author described how much the girls loved Angel. If your a person that's into horses with a twist of needing to work together this is the story for you!!!!!!
