These are great they really work

These batteries work very well. They charge quickly and last quite a while. Just a good as the brand name batteries for my Nikon camera

I am glad that I picked this item as it has helped me tremendously with keeping my batteries and camera charged for use at anytime.

After reading several previous reviews, I decided to order the BM Premium double pack of back-up batteries and charger rather than buy the much more expensive Nikon EN-EL25 for my Z5 DSLR. The order was received as advertised, and on time. I haven’t yet used the BM batteries to determine whether there is any significant different with the life span of the original Nikon, but for the price of two back-up batteries and an extra charger, it seems like a pretty good deal to me. I’m rating the value at 5-stars; but rating the battery life and longevity at 4-stars only because I don’t yet know those factors. I’ll consider returning to either upgrade to 5-stars, or lower to 3-stars after I’ve used them for one or two full charges.

One of the two batteries was a complete dud. The defective battery would not take a charge. It was completely useless. When I contacted the seller they told me they would replace it, but I had to pay to ship the defective battery back. When I politely asked them for a prepaid shipping label they completely ghosted me. Seller refuses to answer me and I got half the product I paid for. I won’t pay to ship it back on principle: 1) because I shouldn’t have to lose money to get the product I paid for 2) I’ve wasted time trying to charge this battery multiple time and didn’t have it when I needed it for an extended event, and 3) because this seller sucks for refusing to respond. I’d rather take the loss and tell the world about their poor customer service and bad product. Don’t waste your money with this product or seller.10/12/24 update: WORST PURCHASE EVER. 2nd battery has been 1/3 useful (only stayed charged for a short while); and now doesn’t hold charge at all. Seller never replaced 1st battery that NEVER worked. Got a VM from them only after I left first review and when I called back got no answer. I don’t have time for such poor customer svc. Don’t go with a seller who doesn’t care when they sell bad products and won’t make things right without a hassle. WORST $69 SPENT EVER.

The ease and fast charging

So if you're looking at this review, you have a Z30, 50, fc, etc... These cameras come with a single battery in the box and no external charger. I'm not sure what Nikon's reasoning for this was other than revenue... they could have easily increased the price of the camera and added a spare battery and charger but... here we are... shopping for spares. I have a total of 5 batteries for my Z30, only 1 is a Nikon brand battery. The BM batteries perform just as well, if not better, than the Nikon brand battery. I recently, purposefully, used a BM battery at an event I was filming with my Z30. I really only use my Z30 for video either for talking head or on a gimbal. I put a fresh battery in the camera and filmed for 35 minutes, 1080 @ 30fps, and the battery indicator never changed... continued to show a full battery after the shoot. Now, I know I was not combat testing the camera with 4k recording or 1080/60 nevertheless, it handled the session nicely. I have not had any error messages while using these batteries.The charger is nothing special but works as it is supposed to... and you don't have to charge your battery in camera. It's not groundbreaking but being able to use this charger with a power bank can give you a solid amount of time shooting off grid, not requiring a 120v power source (dependent upon your power bank; ie. 10000 mAh power bank should render ~8 battery charges, theoretically).Do a little research and compare prices, reviews, and needs. The price for these compared with OE equipment puts these spares to the front of the line, especially with a charger and two batteries for the price. I can't speak to the memory claims of these batteries yet but, I will update this review if there are significant findings. If you're in need of spare batteries, I feel like these are a good option for you.
