I have mixed feelings on this. It's a lot of work to get it done-- almost 24 hrs. Granted, it's not physical labor, but still a long time. I'm also not a big fan of the smell. One full course of treatment removes 75% of stain and all odor. I like it. It's just not the miracle it was reviewed by others to be. Customer service is great. They gave me a money back guarantee. I'm trying once more. I want to figure out how to get it 100% gone. But please, work on the scent. Mixed with dog pee, it is so bad.I do recommend this. Maybe it's just user error or my carpeting (rug)

I am giving it a medium, because in fact I have not used it, as I was looking for something to help with the smell of cat urine, due to an old outside cat, that I cannot get rid of. ( I don't have the heart to run him off.) He is actually a stray, I've been taking care of. So in fact as of now, I do not have any use for this product. I guess I could try to spray it to remove the smell, but I am pretty sure it could do harm to the animals if they got in it.

This stuff is great! I've tried nearly everything on the market that is supposed to be "the best" and neutralize car urine odors, etc. In the past, nothing lived up to my expectations. Just a lot of wasted money. This product on the other hand, did an amazing job neutralizing cat urine stains that have been on career for probably years before I moved in. I sprayed a few spots using enough to get the carpet a little damp thinking I'd need to use it again and also get out my trusty steam cleaner. I could not believe that in just a matter of an hour or so after this product dried, I could not smell the cat urine odor anymore! This product does have a stronger scent to it, but it isn't unpleasant and is not as strong once it dries. I'm truly amazed to have found something that really DOES work! I had practically given up on such products thinking that if the things I had tried in the past didn't work, maybe the stains were beyond treatment. I am so happy to finally, FINALLY have found something that actuallg work and lives up to its reviews. My cats also don't seem to notice the stain anymore either, and I don't think my roommate's cat (the stain culprit) has peed in the spot since I treated it a week ago. That's a major bonus! Cats have a very powerful sense of smell, if they either cannot smell the stain any longer or this product has some sort of repellent quality, it works! I'm so glad to have found it and bought it on a whim. I will never use anything elss again for pet stains. I'm so happy to finally found something that works!!!!

Yes it does remove cat pee odor but it has a VERY strong cheap perfume odor that does not wash out easily. I suspect the perfume smell is the lesser of two evils compared to cat pee but it seems unnecessary. Why not formulate it with less or no perfume? Other products like Natures Miracle or OdoBan have much less perfume and seem to work as well. By the time I needed to use the product it was too late to return it. I definitely would not buy it again. Since it was quite expensive I will only use the remainder on stuff that can be washed several times. I will never use it again on un-washable things like backpacks, large blankets or furniture.

Although I don't usually say so publicly because some folks get judgemental, I was a cat breeder for several years and we still have 2 of these wonderful creatures. Over the last 40 years since college, I've certainly tried dozens of different pet odor/cleaners. Some work better than others, some are way overpriced and some actually CAUSE stains. I heard from a friend that this was a very good product, so instead of buying at a local pet store or grocery store, I purchased via Amazon. I'd only purchased books and cd's on Amazon before so I was curious about them shipping a liquid, but the spray bottle arrived before I even expected it and safely sealed in a hardy plastic bag/container. The product itself is EXCELLENT. Let's just say it flat out WORKS! No nasty perfume odor, no stains in my carpet and I think the price is very good too. I've never ever written a review before, but if you have pets, you probably could not do better than this Pet Peeve. I even love the name!

It wasn't as much for the stain that I purchased the product as for the smell. Our cat will pee on towels sometime. I soaked the towel in it, but I think I tried to put too many towels in the bucket to soak them. I could still smell somewhat of a chemical smell on the towel, It probably just needs to be soaked in it again. It's ok though!!

Worked well on removing the puppy housebreaking damage on my carpet. Especially good for getting rid of the odor. I suspect though that there is still a bit of smell lingering that is detectable only to dogs as he has returned twice and urinated at the same spot. Overall, this is the best product I have found and i have tried at least 5 other brands.

Killed the odor in my husbands Stinky Work Boots, this alone makes the product worth its weight in GOLD!! I know it says pet stain and stink remover and trust me it works on that too. But my husbands work boots are worse than the cat box, and now he can take them off in the evening and not clear the room. This is priceless!!! We've also used it for the cats, the dog, my daughters dog and give me time the kid will be on the list. Did I mention it gets out blood too? The husband with stinky work boots he also gets injuries at work and sometimes bleeds on my carpets, now I don't worry about those stains either because they are gone. Life has gotten good around here and I can breathe again. Thank you for inventing this. And as a parent, wife, homeowner and landlord I know we will never be without this product because it is saving us so much in both our own home and our rentals.
