This is my first silicone pan purchase. I was a little skeptical that it would work as well or better than a regular metal pan. But this pan worked great. I used it to make blueberry muffins. I did not put any oil or spray in the pan first, just the batter. I cooked the muffins until the low end of the baking time range (15 minutes) and they were perfect. The bottoms were exactly the same shade of golden brown as the tops of the muffins, instead of the usual darker/burned bottoms I usually get. They came right out of the holes with ease, leaving almost nothing in the pan. Afterwards I put the pan in the dishwasher. I have some other metal baking pans I was going to replace that I will plan to buy silicone pans instead.

Love this product. I was skeptical about silicon pans, but after fighting one too many times trying to scrape things out of my metal muffin tins, I thought I'd give it a try. What a great pan! I have been making egg cups in them, lining the squares with ham or bacon, filling with veg, and pouring beaten egg over them and baking. The cooked egg cups pop right out of the pan, the eggs don't get over cooked, and the whole thing is super easy to clean up. Thumbs up! I want more.

This is the first time I've used a silicone baking pan. I can't compare this to other silicone bakeware, but this one is FANTASTIC! It cooked my brownies evenly without them sticking to the pan. I just sprayed a little oil in each cup and when the brownies were done, they just popped right out. Of course, clean-up was a breeze. I hope to buy more of these if AMAZON gets these back in stock.

I purchased this tray in order to make "Minecraft" themed cupcakes for my son's birthday party and they turned out perfect. Tray has held up through 4 batches up cupcakes and the dishwaher with no problems. I look forward to using this tray for brownies now.

I use this muffin pan for so many things. I've made not only brownies, but mini meatloaves, muffins and lotion bars, and every single thing just comes right out of the mold so easily. It's a breeze to clean. Highly recommend.
