Best sleep with this Magnesium
I’ve tried other types but this one is the best. My Hubby noticed it as well as my father who is wheelchair bound. You will sleep soundly. It’s just great!

Improves Sleep Dramatically
I have used other comparable magnesium products specifically for sleep, with poor results. The magic seems to be 100% Pure Albion TRAACS. I won't buy magnesium again without it.

Not for me
I felt like I had better sleep. If I woke up during the night, I would fall back to sleep a lot easier. But after being on it for a week, I would feel tired during the day. I didn’t like that. It’s something I can’t use on regular basis. I did help my muscles feel more relaxed. Unfortunately for me, I didn’t work as I had anticipated.
