Hello, I ordered a new bag of these after several years, and I was extremely perplexed when I opened up the bag and realized that my sponges were in this giant blob of mass. These are not usable. They do not expand in water and will not properly fit in my filter. These are the same ones. I bought several years ago and they did not come in this kind of packaging last time.

They come vacuumed sealed so put them in water and they'll come to shape in seconds.

They arrive in a vacuum-sealed bag and horribly misshaped, I agree with all of the other reviews here. However, if you just take some time to put them in some water and allow them to expand, in about 10 minutes they’ll be perfect again! No other issues! These will fit perfectly with my fountain, and at a great price! Quality looks and feels like it should. Would buy again!

Cheap and disfigured takes a while for them to conform to size And then the shape is a little off but they work.

I used to only change this part of my cat's water fountain every 3 months because it was so difficult to find refill packs. This is a lifesaver and now I can change out this part every month, which is what my cat and I prefer. Super simple, worth the value, love it!
