Very poor. Arrived looking obviously second hand, box beat up and dirty charging pod. Decided to test it out. Barley warm when fully charged. Very disappointed as you expect something to do what it's meant to do. Worthless to me now and something I have to throw away as I can't be bothered with the hassle of returning. This was an Amazon warehouse damaged box purchase (half the normal price); the item itself is fine and undamaged, works perfectly. It heats up well and holds the temperature for a decent amount of time.

Well worth it. No juggling with boiling water. Much safer to use.
