Top of the line cotton candy machine. The quick release head is well-worth the extra cost. Easy cleanup; as all components are easily cleaned with damp cloth and soap. Purchased one with the aluminum bowl and like its durability very much. Have not used one with the plastic bowl; so cannot make that comparison. Would recommend purchasing the plastic roll-top bubble. This allows you to use the machine indoors. However, must admit that I still have some learning to do on the adjustment of the small leather pieces on the quick release head. Purchased this for large family events, church and school events, and community fund raisers. Recommend with no hesitation. Have fun!

Not a metal bowl!
It's not a metal bowl. It's an aluminum bowl. Still works good. Just wanted to clarify that. The description states metal bowl.

It takes awhile to get used to!!
When we first tried to make cotton candy all it did was make a mess! Candy flew everywhere! We wasted ALOT of sugar until we cut the leather straps off! After that it works great! Also had one screw that kept coming loose and made it not want to come on! Fixed that also!
