Really good chair
Really good chair over all. Only down side it is not beginner friendly while putting it up together. Also it is not meant for people smaller than 5''9 (I'M 5''1 and can't touch the ground while sitting.) But for my boyfriend it's amazing ! He no longer have back pains and is much more comfortable than a regular chair ! Now only if they made it in pink I would buy one for myself ahahaha.

Amazing Customer Support
I am an IT professional and avid gamer so I spend a lot of time in my chair. I decided to go with Anda Seat because they were one of the first company's in the gaming chair market when the trend started.I had the chair shipped in March and I only received it in the beginning of May. No fault to Anda Seat, my local courier had issues delivering to me due to the pandemic. The chair was sent back to Anda Seat a few times and each time I emailed them and within 24 hours I had a response that they'll fix the issue. Less than another 24 hours later they sent a new chair. This happened a few times and they were excellent, eventually they decided to use a different courier. Not sure how shipping costs works but switching couriers like that and not at my request was a smart move. I give 5/5 for the company's customer support, they wen't well above industry standards. For the chair itself I'm happy with it and the more time I spend breaking it in the better it gets. I'm a very critical person so here's what I have thus far: the Spirit King fits me, I'm 5'9 190lbs with a very long torso. Its hard for me to find comport in chairs due to having a longer torso. The chair was easy to put together but the instructions aren't 100% fool proof. I can see someone being confused by it, I had to size things up a few times before I understood it. But the process was very quick and simple once I got my bearings. For comfort, I've fell asleep in the chair a few times now and have spent long days sitting without feeling it in the evenings. Better than my office chair which is supposed to be ergonomic. I do have one issue with the arm rests though, my arms don't touch when they're at their max height and I kind of wish I could pull them closer to my body. I have a narrow frame torso so I have to tilt the arm rests in and slouch forward or slump my butt in the chair so my butt sits on the edge of the cushion if I want to rest my elbows. Despite the arm rests, even with my posture I'm very comfortable in the chair. The pillow sits on the middle of my shoulder blades, other people sit in the chair and the pillow rests at their head/neck. The lumbar support was stiff at first but its starting to break in, I haven't tried the chair without it and I don't think I will. I am really enjoying the pillow + lumbar supports. The chair was as good as I was expecting maybe a bit better, but I knew I was cheaping out and getting one without the more adjustable arm rests. I think the chairs in the $600 CAD range have more adjustments than this one. Up-down, front-back and left-right turn on the Spirit King. Overall for the price I'm very happy, the only other brands I was considering were Vertagear and Secretlab. I only wish Anda Seat had a bigger selection of colors. I'm still breaking the chair in after 2 weeks but feels like I'm pretty much almost done with the process now. I'll give another review in a few months of owning this chair to see how its held up. Things usually lost a while for me so I don't expect damage or wearing out any time soon.

Great chair.
Great chair! Im 6 foot and about 265lbs. I fit great in the chair with room to spare. Leans back great and feels great. I can sit for hours and not have any back pains or issues.Only gripe is the chair feels a bit too firm. Been using it for 2 weeks hoping it would soften a bit but no dice.

Better than expected!
I was worried that ordering this online without having sat in it first would not guarantee a quality product. Boy was I wrong! Very adjustable! The arms are adjustable outwards as well. All steel frame and 5 star leg assembly. Amazing casters that don't roll super easy so my chair stays in place. Super comfortable. If you're a bigger guy looking for a chair this is the one.

Big-And-Tall person needed for assembly, but not for sitting in it
Described as a chair for big and tall people, but that isn't really true.At first I really liked the seat, but within 15 minutes, I noticed my thighs starting to get sore and then numb. After a week I decided I was going to return it, but my wife (who is much shorter than me) asked to try it, and she ended up liking it so I gave it to her instead.Assembly is a bit difficult; the pieces are both bulky and fairly heavy. I was able to do it myself, but a smaller person might have trouble assembling it alone.Main problem is there are two large metal ridges which force your legs into a fairly narrow range, and dig into the outsides of your thighs if you don't sit with knees together. For a chair that's supposed to be designed for big and tall users, this is a huge problem, and I STRONGLY recommend you avoid this chair if you're actually big. A very tall but slender user might find it acceptable. If you have big or muscular thighs, or tend to sit with your legs spread, you will find this seat very uncomfortable fairly quickly. As a chair for an average sized or smaller person it's probably fine, and seems sturdy.
