Well built, not hard to assemble, looks amazing!
This is a really nice Gazebo. It is very sturdy & well built. Directions are self explanatory but could be confusing if you're not mechanically inclined. I assembled by myself but a second person wouldn't hurt especially when moving it into final position. It's screwed into the patio with Tapcon's so it shouldn't go anywhere but make sure you remove the canopy for a hurricane or tropical storm. During assembly, you may think it's missing a hole on the ends for the middle crossbar. It isn't, you use one of the existing bolts for the crossbar joint. Look closely at the picture on the instructions, you'll see it. The canvas isn't very thick and it has tiny holes which will allow water to drip or mist through and I doubt it will last very long but I put scotchguard (canvas waterproofing) on it so we'll see.

Huge awning
Update: bad wind storm ruined the top and sides, but manufacturer was very good about replacing them for free since it happened within the first year. I've had this up for about a month now. I'm giving it 5 stars because I like it a lot, but there are some issues people should be aware of. First, the negatives: -It's actually only 9.5' x 12.75'. -The fabric material feels thin and fragile. The 4 corner posts feel light, hollow, and fragile. I worry they will bend or break in a bad wind storm. So far, it has handled a few 20 mph wind storms like a champ. -The velcro doesn't stick well The positives: -It was very easy to put together. Took about 90 minutes and I was taking my time. I only needed a second person to hold the roof section up while I snapped in the corners. -It looks great and provides a lot of shade, the mosquito net works great as well.

What a great value on a well designed gazebo.
We could hardly be more happy with this Gazebo. But setup did have one little snag. It is engineered really well with an extruded aluminum frame with steel rafters. The extruded frame provides two separate tracks for the netting and the solid fabric curtains to be deployed separately. The slides operate fairly smoothly. They also thoughtfully provided a few spare slides. We went with the light grey cover only because it was discounted more than the other colors, but I am finding that is easy on the eyes and brightens and cheers up the space a little. And it is easy match furniture and cushion colors to go with it. Light grey is a really good choice. I was suspicious that the Velcro straps that furl the curtains might not retain them very well, and in some sustained high winds, the curtains do pull out from beneath the Velcro band. But a bungee ball looped around the top of the post, where the upper part of the curtains catch the wind, completely fixed that issue. One negative is that the top most center roof cover would not stretch onto the roof frame until a few of the stitches tore loose. I double checked my assembly of the roof frame but everything was in order, so the sewing of the cover was too tight to accommodate initial assembly. That was the only quality issue that I had, but it is working fine and there is no sign of any stitches falling apart. Other than that, setup was not bad. The instructions are mediocre but usable, except for when it was time to decide how many of the slides need to be inserted on each side of the frame. There is no defined marking on the curtains to determine where the corner is. You will have to start on one side, zipper two sections of curtains together, position the zipper in the center of that side and start adding slides from each side, working your way to the corners. I suggest storing your spare slides behind the slide stops, in the very corner of the frame. There is no way to lose them if they are right where you need them. And they conceal really well. I did find a YouTube video of some guys setting up this exact model of gazebo (I searched by the brand and model name) that was really helpful. You need at least two people to set this up safely, especially when dealing with the legs while assembling the frame. Having an extra person to click the rafter/ roof frame in place while you stand on a ladder to align it would be helpful, but I was able to manage it by myself. You should definitely have help setting the legs up to assemble the frame, though. I would buy another one of these gazebos, if we had the space for it and if I could afford another set of furniture to put in it.

Just no.
I've had this for almost a year now. It arrived fine and packed well. The instructions were horrible. If you dont put alot of stuff together, rope in a friend who does. And you will need another friend to help hold stuff upright. The good: It's a fairly nice looking gazebo. Holds up to the wind fairly well. I live on salt water breezes and no rust so far. The bad: when it rains water pools on the top. In a slight breeze it does shake which rattles it. The rattle causes all of the nuts and bolts to work themselves out. Have had to go around and retighten them all I dont know how many times and have had to replace to many to count. The fabric has started to rip at one corner due to the sharp edge and the fabric is really tight around the sides, not the top.... I dont think it will last more than another year at this rate. I did get the screen part up, the curtains are so heavy that I couldnt hold them up and the cheap plastic hooks couldnt either..... Adding. Just dont. Got this july 23. Here we are Oct 24 and its probably time to just take the dang thing down. Its lost so many nuts and bolts. Its twisted. The fabric is all sun dried and turning to dust. I really need this to be atleast a few years thing. Didn't expect forever, but for sure feel like I could have gotten more from a cheap pop up one.
