If you dont like that peppery bite then dont buy this brand. I like a spicy masala chai. What can you do to me? I subscribed to this item too.The spices are finely ground, they leave a bit of residue in the bottom of the cup. Its a lot like how matcha leaves that residue. The masala flavor is there. I like it. I expected the product to be as it is.

I am not sure what they are thinking here. Having lived all over India I became very familiar with the various Chai masalas. Most have dominant flavor of Nutmeg and black pepper. This one has neither. Each region is slightly different but no region tastes like this horrible blend. This is basically a very Clove dominant mix. So much clove it burns your throat sometimes. Avoid this.

I have a pretty much addiction to chai tea or even more so to anything that's a dirty chai! A coffee chain that I will go to at times does a version of a dirty chai but it has white coffee and normally it has white chocolate in it with the chai. I'm not a huge white chocolate fan it's just too sweet and even a lot of your concentrates for chai out there are pretty sweet to me so I like to make my own and that means I need to buy the spice blend. I bought this one because well it's organic and it had good reviews that I already saw on here so I bought two pouches the packaging is really nice because it keeps the product at its peak quality of when it was packaged it's a very heavy duty pouch I took both of mine out of the pouch though and put them into a mason jar and then just labeled it. But when I opened the packages man the aroma difference from this to a well-known Indian brand called tea Plus it was night and day. You could smell not just the smell but you could almost taste just from the smell this Brand's quality the volatile oils are impeach shape this will definitely be a product I repurchase. If you're looking for a chai spice blend this one I highly recommend.

The media could not be loaded. Ive read reviews this brand is too peppery or cloved. And while yes u do taste those 2 notes alot. I think that's authentic to what Masala is. It's more a wellness tea. So if your not of the faith & not into seasoning. Masala can be overpowering to virgin taste buds. Personally I boil my tea w cane sugar. Then I froth the tea with oatmilk. Then I froth my creamer & pour it on top. This will make the tea more palpable to newbies.👌

This is an economical way to may your own chai tea, and it has a good flavor, but you will need a fine 'tea leaf strainer' if you don't want the residue of the tea and spices in your cup. I prefer two of the other brands on amazon although they are more expensive: Blue Lotus brand and DelightTeas.

All year long.I love the choice and amount of the spices. They are so healing and delicious. I’m the same time it doesn’t have the salt at anise which many women avoid due to breast cancer issues.That’s the only one I will always order. I can’t drink tea or coffee so I will keep buying this one as my only drink for always.
