I bought this Vinci Nitro and it is amazing!!I love the creamy feel and taste of a nitrogen infused beverage is second to none. Now I can make Starbucks like coffee at home and save so much money in the long run. I began researching at-home nitrogen taps and I found this Vinci model which I LOVED the look!Once purchased the delivery was super fast! The instructions were easy to follow & it is super easy to clean too! Love that!!Loved the cascading foam and beautiful look of the coffee- in my home!!I have a friend that has a more expensive model and I have to say she came over and preferred my Vinci on look and taste!!I see they have a citrus Juicer also - I might have to try that as well. :)

I’m not a black coffee lover! My normal coffee has cream and sweetener. Unfortunately, for health reasons I wanted something dairy and sugar free without the bitter taste of coffee. My daughter talked me into trying nitro cold brew coffee at Starbucks and it was a good alternative. Having brewed beer in the past, I’m familiar with kegs and taps. This is a smaller version of a brew keg set up to use nitrogen rather than CO2. It works great and is relatively easy to set up and clean. Keep in mind, as beautiful as it looks in the pictures on the counter, it actually lives in the refrigerator so you will have to make it fit. The NO2 cartridges, made for whipped cream canisters work great and are rather inexpensive. Even if you use premade cold brew coffee from the grocery store, it is way more affordable than the coffee shop and you can use flavored coffee as well. It is pretty easy to clean but it takes a few minutes and some effort. NOT dishwasher safe! Hand clean only! We personally like it better than the coffee shops and if you like making gourmet coffee, this is perfect. I’m planning on buying a small refrigerator for this and some other beverages to keep my main refrigerator for boring food!

I liked this so much that I bought a second one. Parts are solid and seem high quality. I bought another so I would not have to wait between batches. I used N2o cartridges from a Restaurant supply store and results are great.

I love my Vinci Nitro. I had a more expensive model from a different brand but it was difficult to use & clean. This Vinci Nitro is amazing, the smooth froth and taste is exactly what I was looking for in cold brew coffee. I decided on Vinci because I have their Cold Brew coffee maker as well and that is a great product. My daughter took it home when she came to visit she loved it so much.I am so happy with my purchase!
