This window film went on easily, no bubbles or creases. It allows nearly all the light through, and shows the outline of plants that are on the window sill. Otherwise, it gives 100% privacy!! Which is important, as it's in a large low-silled window in our bathroom, near the tub and shower. We're 100% pleased!

Our dog is very territorial and he barks at every single person who walks by. Because of that, we’ve never been able to open the front windows or doors so he doesn’t pop off. This etchmark is the perfect solution! We can let light in but he can’t see anything! It’s not supposed to block every single detail, but it keeps our little menace blind enough to solve the problem.Install definitely has a learning curve, but it’s very doable, and larger pieces are easier if you have an extra set of hands. You can kind of get into a groove once you get the hang of it. It’s good quality stuff and I would highly recommend it!

If you make a mistake and the film folds and you are stuck with the crease. This is the one think I wish was better.The mirror effect reverses at night when lights are on inside, potentially compromising privacy. Additional window coverings may be needed for complete nighttime privacy. This is normally what most people dislike about the film. This film worked perfectly! We had bright intense sun coming in our big windows and shining on our guitars. That can ruin guitars. So we found this film and thought that’d be a better option than blinds since our windows are triangle shape. It was fairly easy to install, a bit time consuming for our four windows, but the result is great! We used a credit card to smooth out bubbles. We also used plain water as in the instructions. I had read other reviews where people used soapy water but we followed the directions that were in the box. It’s been a week since we put the film up and it’s still doing great.

I like the color of this film but it was kind of cumbersome to peel apart needs some good nails, the roll I ordered I thought would cover my one window in kitchen that had 2 sides of 23 inches it was very close to not fitting not enough but I managed to piece it together on both side, it takes quite a bit of water to adhere then when it’s stuck the bubbles are difficult to get out, I used a old credit card looks fine for privacy from the outside but on the inside I have 2 corners that I have to keep wetting to reapply, I like the product wish it came in wider as I wanted to do my door wall as well ! Maybe it was difficult for me but maybe not for you? Cutting was easy , it was light but since it’s rolled you need some weight to smooth out till you make your cuts! But it does the job it’s advertised to do, I hung in my kitchen window by my dining area because my neighbor have a pool very close and didn’t want them to see us eating or thinking we were watching them in pool while at our table

I have never installed tint before. It looks great! Seems proper thickness, doesn't feel cheap. I just followed the instructions and used a lot of soapy water in a spray bottle. I got mirrored tint and it's exactly that. I went outside and looked in and I couldn't see my cat who was right in the window. So, application was a breeze. Seems to be staying up where I put it, good adhesion. A sharp razor is a necessity! Privacy and sun blockage are top tier. I'm ordering more! I love this stuff!

This is my 2nd film purchase. Had the rainbow version first and loved it but wanted a bit more privacy. First was easy to remove and was able to be saved in case I change my mind later. This time I purchased the white and it blocks light really well but still allows a soft light into the room. Noticeable temperature control compared to the rainbow version too. Solid enough to offer privacy at night, unlike the rainbow that only obscures at night and wasn't enough for our bedroom windows. Also reduces the brightness of headlights from the parking lot that our window faces which is a big plus. Super easy to install... be generous with the water so the film can slide on the glass or it will crease. Thin enough to easily cut with a fresh blade knife. I used a tag to wet the window and a credit card to install... no fancy kit required. The white version does have a slight grid pattern to it but it's only noticing up close and at night. Also, since this one doesn't have a big pattern like the rainbow, I can see the grubby stuff in the outside of the windows (makes a shadow) so be sure to clean your windows if you're able to.
