6PDRIVER-CC Four-in-One Pocket Driver Set

i bought the stanley version of this driver and was disappointed by the bit sizes, which seemed to be in between any size that i encounter at work. the megapro version has identical build on the plastic portion, but the bits are precision screwdriver sized. there are two flat head bits in 1.5mm and 1.0mm and two phillips bits in 0 and 00 size. as with the stanley, the body/bit holder is plastic, so it isnt going to withstand foot pounds of torque, but it is handy to carry for quick electronic fixes. the logos are painted on too, so after a couple of days pocket carry it will be a nameless, red, handy screwdriver. so convenient, buy two.update 6/1/16: still going. as mentioned previously, the name has been rubbed off for a while. the plastic cap clip is starting to open up, and the bits acquire rust if not dried after water exposure. but the tool still functions well. I have yet to round the plastic bit holder ends at all. still handy.

Like the MegaPro brand, even though this is just some cheap “tweaker” screwdriver that just has their name on it. Helped me in certain situations when I’m at work. Love it more since I got it for free due to a screw up on USPS part for not shipping it in the timeframe they claim it will be. It was “lost” but somehow after I got my refund and everything, it popped up on my doorstep. Win for me.

Does what it needs to. The overall size is similar to a pen which makes it convenient to store in a pocket. The bit selection is pretty good for smaller screws. For low voltage pros, this could be very useful, though I would still recommend something better like Wiha. The only only real complaint that I have is that the plastic doesn’t grip the bits very tightly, so the bits can fall out if you’re not careful. With plastic this type of phenomenon is practically inevitable, and for the price I can’t really complain. When it starts to fall apart, buy another one.

We use this tool to fix and insert batteries in our grand kids toys, also for building and maintaining my computers not to mention repairing glasses. This tool has all the needed tips in a small package. Unlike other “sets” that take up more space in my deck. This one is the size of a pen. Very convenient size. I am going to buy a few more for around the house.

I have loved all of the Megapro driver sets that I have ever worked with. However, this particular model feels rather flimsy, and the plastic becomes difficult to hold on to if it becomes wet. I'm also not a fan of the "pen clip" on the end of the driver as it often gets caught on things. If you just need this tool for things around the house, I think it would be a great addition to your arsenal, but if you're a professional working in the field, I would look into something else.

This is a great tool for Christmas morning and to keep next to the batteries for your kids' toys. It's the perfect size to open battery compartments for all those new toys, and easily fits in the pocket of a robe or pajama pants.
