The small one is ok, the large one is not great.
The locking mechanism pinches all the sliders together and as such contracts the whole contour slightly.The plastic sliders are also not particularly rigid so they tend to splay apart when you are trying to get the contour and you really need to hold the end ones with a little pressure to prevent this.The large one is very tight and you need to practically push each slider from the back to follow the contour you want.Overall it's ok but I'm sure there are better ones out there that are more accurate and easier to use.

Works but stiff action, needs screws loosen.
I liked the product very much, but the screws need to be loosened before I pressed it against the object to make the template. Very accurate if you press the individual plastic spines/spokes. Great time saver.

Handy device
Used this tool to help lay vinyl tiles in toilet. Handy tool. Locking lever was a bit stiff. Useful for getting the shape of the toilet to cut round. Will be using this again for future projects.
