This is an excellent humidifier. We have run the air purifier 24/7 for a year and it works excellently. The filters are very easy to clean. We tend to vacuum them every week or so. Where we live it is humid in summer, dry in winter. The humidifier does an excellent job on the lowest setting and has helped reduce the static electricity in our 1100 sqft apartment. I want to also note I have found the customer service to be excellent. We had one issue with the machine. They responded to my email inside 24 hours, and immediately resolved the issue with a replacement. Throughout the process they remained in contact providing tracking numbers etc and confirming resolution of the problem. I have no hesitation recommending this product.

I bought this air purifier this past December. It worked wonderfully well from day one. Everything abut the product is as claimed. This was then one of the most satisfying purchases I have made in a long time. I love it! I keep the machine on for most of the day and through the night. A few weeks ago, however, I found the machine was "not on." I couldn't remember at the time if I had intentionally turned it off or not. Note that when the machine is plugged in, but not in the on position, I remember that the power on button being lit up. In this instance, however, it was not. So I tried to press the buttons, but the machine was non-responsive. After tconsulting the troubleshooting section of the manual and having no results, I reached out to customer service for help. A customer service rep, Alina, responded to me promtply. After some back and forth communication, trying to gtroubleshoot the product, without much effort from my end, Alina volunteered to replace my unit. There is much more to this story, but in the end, I just wanted to briefly share how satisfied I am with not just the product, but with this company. Thank you so much Alina and Treblab/Turonic for making a great product and standing behind it 100%. Yo have a customer for life!

This was a good purchase. Recently moved in to a condo with baseboard heat. Wow is it dry! Remodeling occurring also. Once cleaned by hand I'll run it again. Cleans the air & humidifier.

This is a very nice air filter. I have it in a musty basement and it cleans the air as advertised. I have had no issues with it this far. One really nice feature is when it’s on auto it will go into a sleep mode when darkness falls. So you don’t have to mess with turning it down. It will turn the fan down to a whisper, and turn off all the lights on it. Once it’s day light again everything comes back up to where it was or where it senses it needs to be. Even when on there is not much noise from the fan. Filters easy to clean or replace.

Purchased this machine to clean the air, within the first 2wks the humidifier function ceased to work and the light continued blinking even when refilled with water. Then the filter change light came on prompting a change of filters, there is no way we will continue changing filters every 2 weeks at a cost of $50 per filter. Simply not worth the hassle. Returned after 3weeks of owning and purchased the Nuwave.

I've had mine over a year now, and it still works great, my house smells fresh and clean.. not only that, due to my lung issues it has made breathing easier.. I have teens, and a dog.. so that's saying something.. I would recommend this product too anyone who has breathing issues.. not only that replace filters are the same basic cost in any fliter machine, except this one is the Cadillac too them all.. hope that helps for anyone looking for a great purifier..

I’ve only had this product for 3ish days. Best part humidifier and air purifier!! It’s so quiet as well. My husband was about 4-5 feet away from the machine. My St. Pyrenees shed a bunch of hair due to incoming snow storm. The light on the top went from green (great air quality) to blue (good air quality). It stayed that way for about 2-3 minutes and back to green. This dog breed in particular has a lot of dander. And this has made a world of difference in just 3ish days. 😊 I’ve already recommended it to co-workers.
