DIGCorporation Drip Line 100', 12" Spacing, 1/4" .52 GPH, color brown (.170 ID x 240 OD)

Compared to Rainbird, is it easier to insert those tiny fittings into the tubing? I have a very hard time with my Rainbird system.

I have a large garden bed with shrubs and perennials. Will a 1/4 hose deliver enough water to my deep rooted shrubs or should I get 1/2" hose?

Does this 1/4 inch drip line need replacing after a year or two? I've heard the 1/2 inch tape does.

How long would the system have to run and how often to water a deep-rooted shrub in 100-degree heat?
